Got what I wanted first time with no hassles

Fast response to order when placed and continuous contact advising of receipt of order/expected delivery times and when the order was actually on its way. Perfect for planning.

Very very helpful, emailed to check I was ordering correct part numbers and they put me straight ( I had mixed up versions of my stove ) and the double checked all parts were for the correct version.
I then ordered online and all arrived a week later as promised.

Glass replacement.
After having poor response in France for a replacement glass for my Franco Belge Limousin stove I came across Bowlandstoves and my problem was over.
The glass arrived at my friends and then chez moi without any problems and is now fitted and ready for action once this ete Indiene is over.

Found it difficult to obtain the correct part for my log burner but bowland had this available. Very appreciated. My only complaint would be that the postage cost seems a little high given the length of delivery time. However, to get my log burner working perfectly again the cost was worth it.

Great product.
Reason for 4 and not 5 - Packaging was as much as the product and it took over a week. These days you come to expect next day.
No reflection on the product. Would use this company again!
