Good service & reasonably priced but I’m not sure why you’re asked what delivery day you’d like when it obviously makes no difference, I wrote 2 different days (my days off work) & it arrived on a different day so we had to rearrange delivery.

So happy with our new stove. Carol was great, organised the fitter, gave advice on stove outputs and brands, spares availability answered all our questions and was always quick too answer emails
After we chose our stove we were given an installation date and on the day Randolph arrived too break out the chimney breast and install the stove. Did a splendid job. Didnt leave any mess despite it basically being a building site. Gave loads of helpful advice on the stove operation etc. Top chap. We are Really happy we chose Bowland stoves.

Carol at Bowlands could not be more helpful, she does what she said she will do and does it quickly. We had an issue with parts not fitting as our stove is very old but she sorted us out after talking to suppliers and looking in the warehouse. Thank you very much.

I bought a door seal kit and door seal fixing glue from Bowland Stores at the very, very attractive price of £11 and I am very happy with it. The rope seal comes with the required glue. Absolute bargain.
