My girlfriend and I had our things picked up by Boxie24, and the team could not have been more helpful. They carried things down some stairs and worked with all the miscellaneous non-boxed stuff we had. I highly recommend their service.

Driver was very friendly and helped with my bags from the train station.

I have been renting moving these types of sturdy moving boxes for the past decade since lived in New York and Berlin, with our most recent move in Amsterdam I was so happy to find that Boxie24 is also available in Amsterdam. Overall we had a great experience. the boxes were in great condition, the delivery and pickup were no issues and the team was very friendly. The customer support (Lars, Michael) also were very kind with me on the phone.
I will strongly recommend boxie24 to those who are looking for sustainable, high quality moving boxes with reasonable price. and a plus was this time it rained on our moving day (of course so common in Amsterdam), these reusable boxes are perfect and kept our things in safer hands vs. traditional paper cardboard boxes. again very happy with our choice. thank you very much.

This company is a total rip-off. They lure customers in with low prices, but once they have your items, they start adding hidden fees and unexpected charges that were never clearly explained upfront. It feels like they purposely trap customers and make it hard to back out.

I had a terrible experience — misleading service, poor communication, and unfair billing. If you value transparency and honest business, stay far away from BOXIE24. Do your research and choose a company that respects its customers.

You’ve been warned. I wish someone had told me before I used them. 👎

Ik ben echt heel blij met de service van Boxie24. Toen ik tijdelijk extra ruimte nodig had, wist ik niet goed waar ik moest beginnen, maar Boxie24 maakte het verrassend makkelijk. Alles werd netjes opgehaald, de heren dachten mee en waren super behulpzaam!

Michael die ik aan de telefoon had, was vriendelijk en dacht echt met me mee, wat ik heel fijn vond. Ook werd ik achteraf gebeld door hem om te vragen of alles goed was verlopen, of ik tevreden was en of ik vragen had.

Geen gedoe, geen stress, gewoon top geregeld. Echt een aanrader als je zorgeloos spullen wilt opslaan!

I’m genuinely very happy with the service from Boxie24. When I temporarily needed extra space, I had no idea where to start — but Boxie24 made it surprisingly easy. Everything was picked up neatly, the guys were helpful and really thought along with me!

Michael, who I spoke to on the phone, was kind and truly listened to my situation, which I really appreciated. He even called me afterward to check if everything had gone smoothly, if I was satisfied and if I had any questions.
