The skinny lads who came to pick up our boxes and odds and ends were fecking champs. Went 4 floors up and down with the heaviest boxes known to man and barely broke a sweat. Very polite and no complaints at all. I would’ve fecking died it if I had to do that myself.

They gave regular updates on what time the movers were coming, came within the expected delivery period, and the took everything really quickly, and packaged it with care into the van (onto a pallet and wrapped). I was not expecting two people to come - so that made it double as fast!
Michael gave great client care by following up to check everything went ok on my end and confirm everything is in the storage.
The booking process online was easy and clear even in English.

Michael D and his entire team provided the best service possible when I came to them with a crazy proposal. We were shipping 2 pallets of all our belongings from the US to Amsterdam - without an apartment contract signed. I needed to put his warehouse as the delivery location, and then trust that everything would go smoothly.

Have you ever shipped freight internationally? Nothing went smoothly for the FedEx or Customs portions. Weeks of delays. Crossed wires and ignored instructions.

Throughout it all, Michael D stayed positive, communicative, and confident: He would do anything and everything in his power to get those pallets to the warehouse and safely into storage.

He would have been completely justified in cutting his losses when the delivery was 2 weeks late. And then 3 weeks later. I got the impression that the thought never even occurred to him.

He surprised me with his dedication to me as a customer. Despite my project requiring far more from him and his team than their regular offering, he never made me feel like I was monopolizing his time or asking too much.

I won't need this crazy arrangement again, but for any storage I do need, I won't go anywhere else.

Great storage service. I needed a storage as soon as possible because I was quite late with preparing so I scheduled an appointment on the website with Boxie24. The next day they picked up the items and took it to the storage, everything went fine. The guys who came to pick up the stuff were super friendly. When we needed some of our items we had arranged a partial return. At first Boxie didn't show up on the scheduled day, which was disappointing, but we scheduled another appointment and then everything went fine. They even helped my wife with taking the items to the 2nd floor (which they didn't have to). And finally Boxie also compensated us for this matter, as they will send back the return costs of the items.
The customer service is also super nice. Michael always made a phone call after every interaction if everything went fine and helped us a lot through the process. Overall great service!
IMPORTANT: don't forget to label all of your boxes! Because this way when you want some of your items back they will know exactly what you need.

I rented 20 65L boxes from Boxie24 for my move, and overall I am very satisfied. The boxes themselves were sturdy and made moving so much easier. A few boxes were a bit dirty/dusty when I received them, but it wasn’t a big deal given how sturdy and convenient they were. The service was fantastic - they delivered the boxes to my old address and picked them up at my new address, which was super convenient. The staff, both on the phone and in person during pick-up and delivery, were very friendly and helpful.

Renting boxes is also a much more sustainable option than buying cardboard boxes and throwing them away after one use.

Used boxie24 for moving and storage service. The price is great and that's where all the good ends. The damaged all my furniture, lost my sound system and destroyed my box spring. While returning my items they dropped my tv console and then slid it across the floor. When i opened a claim, they tried to tell me i did not see what I saw and when I shared the text messages of the employees admitting to damaging my furniture the CFO wrote back essentially trying to say because their guys don't speak English well, he cannot it's not evidence. I am only writing this note because they just tried to charge my card again 4 months after giving me my stuff back.

I would trust tap water in Mexico more than I would trust Boxie24

There was a small problem in finding all my things but it was handled very well and I was very satisfied, thanks to Michael

Nine months ago, I instructed Boxie24 NL to hand all of my goods over to Gersons Relocation and paid for everything to be shipped to me. However, I only received some of my items as Boxie24 had lost and misplaced the majority of my goods. Boxie24 expects me to pay again for the rest of my items to be shipped although the fault is theirs. Boxie24 also damaged numerous items, was observed dropping a container, have not sent the requested documentation to claim for damages and have still not located some items.

The worst self storage place I have ever dealt with and I've lived on 4 continents. Spammy service, massive hidden fees, completely unable to get anything out of the locker once it's in there unless you want to pay an additional month's rent for it... you'd be better off storing your stuff under a bridge. Avoid at all costs
