everything worked perfectly with Fedex
I will certainly used this service again, it was Fedex themselves who picked up the package, I have tracked all packages through Fedex website and it arrived 3 days laters in Asia as promised, all for packages delivered without delay and for a great price.

Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Comme vous l’indiquez, votre colis a rencontré un retard lors de sa livraison. Tout d’abord, au nom du transporteur DHL, je vous prie de bien vouloir nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.
Après vérification, l’agence qui a traité votre envoi lors de son départ n’a pas remis votre colis pour un départ le jour même vers l’Ile-de-France.
Sans vouloir remettre en cause votre remarque, nous n’avons pas trace d’une conversation téléphonique ou d’un email dans nos systèmes. Sachez que notre Service Client est votre interlocuteur unique et contacte le transporteur pour trouver une solution le plus rapidement possible.

Best service for shipment
I'm an Italian guy, and I can't speak french. I was looking for a cheap way to ship my stuff to Italy. EnvoiMoinsCher.com is the solution. I can't look for all offers of shipment as the language make me difficoult to do it and I even don't know all services. EnvoiMoinsCher does it for me and permits to spend much less for services, as chronopost, than are available to post office. I don't know how it is possible, but it is. 55 euros for a package of 30kg to italy when in post office requested 95. Really reccomanded service
