Glossop BP

I went to your Glossop petrol station on a Tuesday night
The man on the till refused to sell me fuel 45 minutes before it closes because he had already done his banking
Reply was we close at 21:30 and it was 21:15 when I arrived
Google maps says 22:00 they close and there is a big sign on the door with the opening hours which is 22:00 on weekdays
I assume the guy gets paid till 22:00 though something to be aware of BP
Got fuel cheaper elsewhere in the end

Lost count of the amount of times I've paid for my ultimate diesel and asked them to scan my card on the bpme phone app and I've received no points,changing my petrol station from the one on the north circular Chingford as they're not very engaging in there at all

BP Petrol Station Air Machine, Harehills Lane, Leeds

BP petrol station on Harehills Lane Leeds. Continues to operate a air machine scam. This has been going on for years. It is worse now that they have installed a card payment unit on this machine that does not give a receipt! At £1.50 for 5 mins. They try to get you to pay £3. Often no air from the machine even though the pump runs. Tellers try to tell you, you don't know how to work the machine. After much pleading for help they do their tricks at the pump for air to flow and arguing for more money... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Trading standards need to investigate this trading point... Thanks.

Helpful BP staff

I have been frequently on the A12 these past few weeks and the staff a this BP Rivenhall south service station Witham especially Shabeth or Shabeet hope I spell his name correctly he has been a true star we tend to call people out when they wrong us but never took the time to say thanks so for me brother thanks for taking the time to help me out today.

Absolutely ridiculous parking policy

Absolutely ridiculous parking policy. £60 fine for a 7 minute stay and didn’t even leave the car! No wonder the reviews are so bad. This incredible greed by BP is going to drive away regular customers. Do they not want to attract impulse buyers. I know one family that are now going to totally boycott this store! That’s 4 regular customers lost. Naive beyond doubt!

BP really needs to turn down the volume…

BP really needs to turn down the volume on their "on the pump" video advertisements,
or least put a mute button.
I'm hard of hearing and it's still too loud for me.
Lately I hold my hand over the speaker, but if this continues I will most likely go somewhere else for my fill ups.

I have emailed BP several times for a refund after spending £4.50 on a coffee that was vile. Staff told me that BP know their coffee machines are faulty but will not be replacing them to later this year. BP may think a £4.50 complaint is not worth responding to but ultimately it has cost them the hundreds I spend every month because I will never ever shop with them again. Dreadful products, extortionate prices and appalling customer services. Goodbye BP. I'm sure Esso, Shell, Texico and Jet will welcome my custom!

I’d leave a zero or minus number if…

I’d leave a zero or minus number if possible. Always had a great credit score. Never late in a payment. Two months in a row I gave fees and paid on time. Cancelling card tomorrow. Website stinks. Not worth saving 15 cents a gallon.

What is it with BP and employing rude…

What is it with BP and employing rude and lazy people?? Further to my complaint a couple of weeks ago, i have now had to complain AGAIN. This time, firstly the guy in front of me asked for some white chocolate, the cashier brought back dark chocolate to the after hrs window then proceeded to argue with the customer over what he asked for. Then when he had begrudgingly gone and got the correct item it was my turn, i asked for some cigarettes and got told "we dont sell those", i politely asked him to check because i was 100% sure i got them the other day. He refused to even check. When i explained that i thought i bought them there and could he just check (y'know, do his JOB) he accused me of starting trouble. Admittedly i did then lose my temper and call him a lazy (expletive). But why is it that none of the guys here seem even remotely interested in serving their customer properly? I see this is a common trend in BP garages from all the complaints. BP doesnt seem to care......also, just want to point out what someone else has said, BP staff will be exceptionally rude and then when you call them out they threaten you with police every single time i bet the police round here are sick of the staff of BP

1717 freeport road natrona heights pa, bp gas station has NOT HAD HEAT SINCE NOVEMBER. WHY ISNT THE OWNER DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I asked him in December, and he said it will be fixed soon. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.. The employees are dressed for outside weather. I would quit and apply for unemployment... this IS RIDICULOUS...

I stopped to buy some chocolates at the service station on the A14 at Kettering. Nothing wrong with the chocolates, the outside area or the layout of the shop, but the 'lady' behind the till appeared not to know the word 'please' although I gave her two opportunities to use it. A little training goes a long way.

Guys a Legend ((He's gota long beard))

Arrived at the BP Garage, M & S shop think it's North bound on the M3, because I missed out on Points when I was in an alternative BP Garage, and the gentleman with the beard, was an absolute legend, he checked my receipt after I explained my issue and sorted out some points for me.. The Guys an Absolute Credit to the Company and at this particular Garage on the M3 heading towards Basingstoke... Hopefully he'll get recognition from this.. 😊😊😊😊, #100% Customer Service.. #100% Professional.. So Thanks..

I have shopped quite a lot at BP petrol station Wigan Road Atherton l don't buy petrol but l do some shopping at the small
Morrison's and when they reduce products l normally would buy. I have got to know most of the staff which are genuinely nice, on this occasion
I bought a box of reduced strawberries and a couple of other items. The assistant was scanning my items but when he came to the reduced strawberries which have a yellow sticker on, but for some reason he went to the shelves picked up a box of strawberries which was the full price of £2.50 and scanned it plus my reduced ones at £1.00. l said l hope my receipts not over charged me the assistant said no it is correct. When l got home l checked the prices on each of my items and l had been over charged by £2.50 which was the strawberries. I took my receipt and yellow sticker from my reduced strawberries and explained what he had done. The assistant was new and didn't know how to do a refund but he said come back tomorrow morning and l will write a note so he kept the receipt and the yellow sticker. Next day l went to the BP petrol station after a while they found the receipt and again l explained the issue l have been served many times by the cashier he said l can do a refund but I will need to phone my boss which he did and the boss said not to issue a refund . I couldn't believe how l had been treated this can't be how you treat a genuine customer . I would like to make people aware check your receipt before you leave the store
