There are still good people in this world...

I don't usually leave reviews but had to congratulate BP for the wonderful service at Rivenhall South Service Station, London Road A12, Rivenhall End, Witham. The cashier whose name is Shabeeth was friendly, helping me with my BP reward card. He asked me of I wanted to redeem my points which no-one has ever asked me before and to be honest I've never checked either. £50 off my petrol bill was very nice, thank you very much! By joking apart, Shabeeth and also Lorna were a breath of fresh air. In this chaotic times of selfishness and greed, this evening I saw that there is still good and caring people around. Please BP, recognise these two staff members and if you are members of the public, drop in at this station on A12. It will make your day. I've actually seem other great reviews for this garage which reassures me of the genuineness of these two lovely people. Thank you for your kindness. I will pass by again!

I have a great experience from bp…

I have a great experience from bp station in Moto servicess westbound.
I always get my petrol from this station because staff are helpful and polite.Yesterday as i was travelling to oxford i felt my car’s tires are abit unstable i asked one of the staff with name of Elviss,he made sure that is enough staff on the shop floor then he came and helped me to air the tire.This sort of help and kindness in freezing rainy weather is admirable.I like to congratulate Bp for such a wonderful staff and coustomer service.Its very hard now days to find such a coustomer service.

No rewards and pp service

No rewards and pp service. Overall shambolic. Every station I've been in recently has been full of staff members who seem to be unmotivated. I'm off to Esso, an extra mile up the road but at least they are engaged with their work.

register lady yelled at me - West ryde BP

I had the worst customer service experience ever! It happened at BP West Ryde on 30 Nov, 2024, between 2:30 PM and 2:50 PM. The person at the counter was a middle-aged lady with curled dark hair tied back.

Before I paid for the petrol, I realized I had given her the wrong pump number. When I told her about the mistake, she became visibly impatient and said in a loud, harsh tone,"You don’t know which number you used? You should give the right number, not the wrong one. Now I have to redo it! All because of you!!"

Her attitude was impatient and aggressive, and I felt like I was being scolded harshly, even though I didn’t do anything excessive. I believe giving the wrong pump number is a common mistake, but her reaction made me feel scared she might continue yelling or even act more aggressively. So, after paying, I quickly left the station.

I’ve been a loyal BP customer for many years, but I will never return to this station again!

Why are the BP stations too cheap to…

Why are the BP stations too cheap to put paper in pumps for receipts! Grrrr! What is wrong with BP, this is 90% of the time at various stations. What gives? So after the pleasure of pumping my gas, I get to stand in line "inside" to get my flipping receipt! I normally avoid BP and every time I decide to stop this once - NO Paper! Customer Service - Zero, big fat goose egg. Buy some paper, BP!!

I visited rivenhall BP station to get fuel. There was an amazing customer service manager who could not have have been more helpful. He helped me find what I needed and also suggested I sign up for BP rewards and helped me get it sorted on my phone. It was an unusual and quite joyful experience. Worth diverting to!

BEWARE
I visited BP Mullaloo on Friday 8th November, being from the country I had my country fuel card.
After checking the amount left on the card I had $18.
I preset the amount of $18, when I went to pay my card declined as the amount on the register was $18.30.
From walking from the pump to the register 30cent was added. If this person has been doing this to everyone who doesn’t realise he is on a good wicket, please ask for receipt and check.

I visited this BP bulls yesterday…

I visited this BP bulls yesterday evening, and the staff was rude and unwelcoming . The staff was on the counter, and as soon as they saw me coming towards the counter, they went to the coffee counter and started cleaning. I waited for 2 mins to buy a water bottle, but I was ignored, and I had to leave without buying that water bottle. Very rude staff and I won't be visiting that BP store anymore. Worst customer service.

Really disappointed with BP rewards as…

Really disappointed with BP rewards as i went to fill up twice and was told after filling up that the rewards system is down. I have lost R800 worth of rewards.I could have easily gone to another garage where the rewards are funtional if i was told in advance

Hold on to your card…

I was on my way to New Britian Connecticut from Jersey City NJ.I pulled into the BP station 2501 Tonnelle Ave to get gas and use restroom. I gave the attendant my debit card and went in to use the restroom.when I returned from the restroom the attendant was not outside and I forgot my card.When I called back I was in Connecticut at a rest stop trying to buy food I was told that my card was not there and what do they need with my card.Ill never go there again and if anyone does please make sure you do not trust them with your card.

I bought 20 litres of fuel and it…

I bought 20 litres of fuel and it didn’t put any fuel in my tank. Literally drove away and thought “surely it will fill up” never did.

Called for help and was greeted by rudeness personified. Was told no manager or supervisor was in so it wasn’t her problem. Actually said “why did you drive away?” Crazy.

Cowboys, dodgy as they come, con artists. AVOID at all costs!

BP Gas and Mechanic shop Montgomery village, MD WARNING

I went to BP Gas Station in Gaithersburg MD mechanic shop at 19304 Montgomery village receiving the poorest service from the mechanic TY Twin. I drove my car to the BP Shop. First I told him I need an estimate before he start on the car. Without my permission he repaired the car without an estimate. Then he tore my car apart and sent me pictures. He sent me an email telling me he have to keep my car for over weekend to get the part. After the repair I came and picked up car drove it less than a mile then the next day my car had no oil. Maybe I did notice when I picked it up. Then nine days after the oil situation my car won't move and I kept calling him so I can get it towed to his lot. He would not answer the phone and I text him too. Saturday nite, he called me late that afternoon after 6pm and told me he just got off and he was too busy to answer me. But in another text he said the shop was closed at 3:00pm. He tried to get me to get a tow from one of his friends to enrich himself but I told him I have no money for any tow. He demostrate a lack of care and was very disrespectful fabricating that my car was fixed by him three weeks ago. As the receipts proves that my car was repaired and then inoperable in less than 10 days. Then he texted me that he would give me $300 back but sent me only a $1.00. I have the text to prove such. This man is not honest and has no integrity at all. Then I called the gas station the phone is not the number on the website. So when customers complained they put the wrong number on the website? I am filing with the Federal Trade Commission and other federal agencies to investigate this business to see if its a legitimate business. I called BP as they are using their name and they told me that they are independent owners using the BP brand name. BP gas has some responsibility as a franchiser that this owner is using their name. But through an investigation it should come clear what is going on. Please do not go there at all it lacks integrity and does not repair cars adequately. When you try to communicate TY, the mechanic do not tell the truth.

I recently had a tyre pressure problem…

I recently had a tyre pressure problem on my way back up North so I called in at Budbrooke services to pump up my tyres. I was struggling to inflate 1 in particular and was going to call the AA. I went into the store where I was met by an extremely helpful gentleman who I believe to be the Manager. He offered to look at my tyres and came outside and he sorted out my problem. He was so kind and helpful. This was customer service at it's very best.

Watch the car wash payment

BP garage Bullsmoor Way. Something very wrong when you buy car wash. When you pay cash they never give you the printed ticket. They send the staff member out to enter the numbers. You have no way of knowing which wash they have given you. Could be a low priced one when you have paid top rate. At the least they could be defrauding BP if not the customer. Not every time they seem to pick their customers. Gone for years even when I tell them I think they are at it.
