I had a situation recently in which I needed legal advice, I cannot speak higher enough of the team at B P Collins LLP, especially Simon and James.

They were patient, understanding and accomodating with my mental health issues and disabilities. I cannot begin to imagine what the situation would have been without their support.

I wish I could express how thankful I am for the two of them.

I had an initial telephone consultation with Rajiv Malhotra in the commercial disputes team. He was extremely professional, clear in his advice and offered guidance going forward. I would highly recommend Rajiv as he is knowledgeable and evidently an expert in his field.

We were pleased to have Elliott's professional help following frustratingly lengthy and outstanding delays and uncertainties over an eight year old Overage Agreement, with building work no way near to being started. Elliott used his experience to carry out extensive and detailed work when writing to the Directors of the Development Company and working with ourselves. Elliott's expert input "fired a cannon" that had an immediate effect on the Development Company, who at last took action resulting in a fairly quick and satisfactory conclusion, for which we are very grateful.

We came to BP Collins in an hour of need. They were recommended by a colleague after a family member was invited for questioning by the police about serious criminal allegations. It was a stressful and upsetting time but James Constable, from BP Collins was calm, kind and compassionate and my relative felt heard, in what where challenging circumstances. He explained the process very clearly and made sure we were well prepared. We were well and regularly informed and really felt like we were in very safe hands, particularly in the early days when things were moving so quickly. I would definitely recommend James for such complex and emotive cases.

Juliette was incredibly proficient in every aspect of the conveyancing process with both a very personable and professional manner. She made the whole process much less painful than I had feared and even the estate agents made a point to tell me how she had kept them looped into the whole process and how on the ball she had been. I'll definitely be using her again in the future.

Jack Johnson was very helpful and diligent in advising me on a employment issue. He swiftly and professionally dealt with my request. Would recommend him to anyone needing employment advice.

We hired Elliott at B P Collins solicitors to help us with a dispute between ourselves, the landlords, and our tenant regarding some building maintenance work. We were very pleased with his service and the outcome.

I recently had cause to change solicitors and use Craig Williams at BP Collins to sort out a dispute that had dragged on far too long. He was recommended by my previous solicitor. I wish I had got Craig involved earlier and am glad to say that the dispute has now been resolved satisfactorily in quick time at mediation and at a reasonable cost. Craig explained everything thoroughly to me during our dispute, reverting to layman's terms as I had no previous experience in dispute resolution. He was always contactable out of hours and at weekends and emails to him were answered almost instantly. We were joined by Peter John (Counsel), and at Mediation by Josh Dickinson (trainee solicitor) who with Craig completed our DREAM TEAM, it was so reassuring to work with professional and experienced people. Both had so much legal knowledge and awareness that we felt relaxed and in safe hands throughout the mediation process, as they explained things to us every step of the way during the day. Josh was also an important member of the team and I'm sure he will become a fantastic solicitor having had the experience of working with Craig and Peter. I am extremely happy with the exemplary service I received from Craig Williams of B P Collins. Despite this being a lengthy case (through no fault of his own), Craig was able to recall every detail at any time and made perfect sense of what appeared to me to be a jumble of evidence.
