Very poor service. Lack of knowledge and inexperienced member of staff. Commercial leases to difficult for them to handle or even discuss. Avoid!

I'm not impressed with Ms Duncan. She argued with me over small issues and failed to action some of my requests to get an additional witness statement. After the trial, she sent me a new bill which I had to challenge.

Whilst looking at for lawyers initially I found many to be quite rude and crass. Only looking for how much the case will be worth to them, as it's one of the very first questions they ask.

BP Collins really takes the time out to really listen what the problem is, giving advice on how or what next steps should be, what kind of litigation this will be classed as.

All within the first phone call before even being accepted as my representative lawyers.

They brought almost a human quality to everything which I didn't find with other lawyers when I spoke to them. Just actually listening which is such rarity I've found. Further being a legal 500 firm, it just felt like the correct decision.
