I recently ordered from B Perfect and while there was a slight issue with delivery — the lid had come off and the Instant Tan had sprayed inside the box — I was really impressed with how quickly the team resolved it. I messaged B Perfect and received a response in under 24 hours, with a replacement item promptly arranged.

Beyond the great customer service, I’ve also used their Development Tan and can honestly say I highly recommend it. The colour develops beautifully, lasts well, and gives a natural glow that’s easy to wear.

Overall, despite the minor hiccup with delivery, the quality of the products and the efficiency of the customer support make B Perfect a brand I’ll continue to use and recommend.

This is my first time ever writing a review for any company. What a scam!
1) Order came incomplete and without free gift (12 weeks of Christmas deal)
2) Despite numerous emails looking for my free gift if I spent over €55 (I spent €105), and being told each time that it would be sent, I have still not received my free gift.

I had query about my order and they replied within 24 hours and they were very helpful. I definitely recommend. I love bperfect products. The customer care team are very helpful!

I had a problem when ordering my products using my welcome discount code, i didn't go off my order.I emailed customer service and from the moment I did so a lovely lady called Ann returned my email and asked me for the relevant information and had sorted out my problem and gave me credit for my discount. 100% will shop with this company again😎

I recently had issues with applying the discount code. I emailed them with my order number and details. I was not expecting to hear back from them so promptly as Christmas is a busy time of the year. They dealt with the discount code and issued refund. Very impressive! Thank you BPfect 💞
