Exceptional Aftercare

I contacted customer care after an error made in store my representative Ann provided me with exceptional service in resolving my query. A huge Thank You to Ann and of course BPerfect for providing staff that go above and beyond

Great customer service

I had an issue with the item being damaged durning delivery. I emailed customer service and Ann replied to me within minutes.She was very helpful and solved the issue promptly. Great customer service

I received the wrong order I contacted…

I received the wrong order I contacted costumer services and Ann could not have been more helpful. The issue was dealt with very promptly Ann was excellent as a representative of the company I would not hesitate to shop with bperfect in future their products are very good quality and very reasonably priced.

I had a problem with the pump action on a foundation product. Was resolved immediately and a new one will be sent to me

I have stupidly put the wrong postcode…

I have stupidly put the wrong postcode on my order. I emailed customer service to try get this amended. Ann answered all my emails first thing in the morning and changed the address for me. Thank you so much Ann.

Best customer service around

Ordered from BPerfect a number of times as well as buying in-store. Customer care is always excellent. Unfortunately last night I completed my online order before I had finished adding everything I wanted. I sent an email asking for it to be cancelled and refunded so I could re order with everything included, thinking I had no hope of a response or quick response (it's black Friday and I want to re order while black Friday prices are still available). By 7.40am this morning I had a lovely email from Ann and a full refund for my order. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Bad delivery time and can’t track delivery

I order a couple of times of year for birthdays and Xmas . This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience tbf. I have a birthday tomorrow which is why I ordered it in the first place . It says 2-5 working days and what makes the situation worse is I can’t even track the order. Emailed Wednesday got a reply quick enough 20 mins and since then no one has gotten back to me. I will be sending back if it’s not here tomorrow .
