Ann in customer services was so so helpful and efficient, I had a query with my order and she sorted it straight away.

Can't fault customer service the pump didn't work initially, but I was told how to fix that really promptly . I'm ordering a slightly darker shade,as the one I chose was just a bit too light, I love the texture and coverage of the foundation.

I literally messed up my address
I literally messed up my address, I have auto filled forms for years, so expected my full address to be there, well I was wrong it never put my house number, no idea why, but I got complacent and thought it did, so that's on me, but luckily this company was responsive, polite and dealt with the issue with no fuss at all, and im currently awaiting the arrival of my stuff, I offered to pay the second lot of postage but they never charged me, so thankyou very much, I will definitely buy again and will definitely check the address details are all presant and correct

I ordered a number of items and only 3 arrived. I contacted BPerfect and a lady called Deborah dealt with my issue.
She dealt with it extremely quickly and is having the missing products sent.

I had a fantastic experience with the bPerfect Cosmetics customer care team member Ann. She was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. My issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and it was resolved ASAP with clear communication throughout. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service – a real credit to the brand!

Order delivered, one item missing from order, however when contacting customer service they were quick to help and it was sent out straight away. Love the brushes, foundation is slightly lighter than my Estée Lauder which I put in the colour match. Looks lovely with bronzer though and rather be too light than too dark as easier to sort. I always have no issues with my orders and they always come on time with no damage or missing items.
Just before Christmas I ordered the Saoirse and Mamma set and after a week or two no sign of it arriving, with the time of year it may have got lost.
I emailed customer service and have to say Deborah was a great help, replied to me very quickly and I had a replacement set within a day or 2 and it was perfect

Second negative feedback in a week!
My previous order was never received and got refunded after 2 weeks of waiting. I spotted the same item on Amazon which I ordered for delivery 23/12/25. The order was shipped from Amazon and made it's way into their Belfast hub yesterday. Then I get a message to say order returned to SELLER (Bimperfect). Will never buy any of their products again from any platform. Think twice before you spend you're money with this company they simply don't care

Ordered a main present for my daughter 3rd of December still nothing has arrived. Absolutely disgusted as I had ordered it as a main present 130 euro as good as gone down the swany! Will never be duped into a great special offer again. They take the money send ya nothing!

I ordered 2 items and the wrong item was sent out to me. The item was from the same range so the mix up was totally understandable. I emailed customer services and a lady called Robyn emailed me back apologising and sent out the correct items I ordered. They were delivered within 2 days. Excellent customer service!!

Items arrived and were damaged in transit, contacted customer care and items were replaced and sent out to me within a few days. Brilliant service and customer care, easy to contact.
Order nothing in a rush! Or if you’re expecting it all
I ordered a couple of items as Christmas presents on 23rd November.
These items only arrived 15th December, 3 weeks later. Only for when I opened the parcel to find that these items hadn’t came and it was only half the order they had sent out.
Very hard to contact and get a reply from.
Would honestly put you off ordering online!

I ordered 2 bottles of BPerfect Tan and only one arrived. I contacted customer service and Ann responded immediately to confirm a second bottle would be sent out. True to her word the second bottle arrived a couple of days later. I absolutely love the product and will definitely buy again but what made.it even better was the fabulous customer service.
