Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, purchased the wrong colour and emailed in a panic to get it changed and a lovely woman Ann assured me she had updated this before they had dispatched it.

I emailed BPerfect due to an error on…

I emailed BPerfect due to an error on my part.. basically I didnt add an item to my order that was free if I bought a full size foundation.
I receive an email first thing this morning from Deborah to say that the item was added to my order by her and will be shipped with it.
Amazing service. Fast. Polite and just a great service. As well as their products being top quality.

Great customer service by Deborah i ordered make up this morning, later i noticed if you ordered my product you would get a free make up brush. On the off chance i emailed team asking would it be possible to get a free brush. Within 10 minutes Deborah emailed to say no problem. Delighted. Many thanks

Customer Support is fantastic

I have placed an order which has arrived with an error when it has been packaged.. (it happens).. however customer service was so speedy and efficient, its being resolved with no issues. Thanks Deborah. Looking forward to trying the product!

Feedback on instore experience in Blanchardstown

I want to address this as it’s not the first time this has happened. I genuinely love the Bperfect brand, the collaborators involved, and the owner himself — it’s a brand I truly support.

Unfortunately, my experiences in the Blanchardstown store have not reflected this standard. On multiple visits, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing disengaged and lacking approachability. Certain interactions and non-verbal behaviour made the experience uncomfortable, which is disappointing compared to the professionalism the brand represents elsewhere.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as this appears to be an in-store customer service issue rather than a reflection of the brand as a whole

Was having a wee online error and they done everything to help , even said when I couldn’t get the deal to order and they would refund the remaining absolutely unreal customer service and so fast in response, can’t wait to use my new products ❤️❤️❤️👏🏻

Fast and prompt Customer service

I thought I was not going to have my items in time for my holidays, but after contacting Customer Services and explaining my predicament, I received an immediate response from Ann who very quickly sorted it and put my mind at ease. So a very big thank you Ann. Greatly appreciated

Bperfect Tan Studio

l ordered a product from this company before Christmas, but when I went to use it, it unfortunately didn't work. I reached out to customer service just to inform them and was hoping to either return it or get a replacement. The lady I was in contact with, her name is Ann. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty product. I truly appreciate her thoughtful and prompt assistance. It's rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I’m grateful for the smooth, hassle-free experience. Thank you Ann for your outstanding and friendly service – I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
