Absolutely disgusting service from…
Absolutely disgusting service from bpost. I ordered my clothes TWO WEEKS in advance because bpost usually delivers within 4–6 days, and I wanted enough time in case I needed to return anything or order replacements before my 16th birthday. Instead, my package has been sitting in a warehouse for an entire week doing absolutely nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. My birthday is in TWO DAYS and now I might not even have the clothes I planned because bpost can’t do their job properly. If there were going to be massive delays, customers should have been warned BEFORE ordering. Not everyone can magically predict that their parcel will be abandoned in a sorting center for weeks.
A 16th birthday is important, and the fact that this got ruined because of terrible communication and awful service is honestly infuriating. No updates, no solutions, no way to pick it up yourself — just “wait.” Ridiculous company and unbelievably disrespectful treatment toward customers.

Packages not left in my safe place
Deliveries of packages are very erratic. When i'm not home the request I gave is to leave it under the awning behind the house. It is protected there and people cannot just easily get to it.
Sadly, I've already found packages at the front door, behind the car on the driveway, behind the house in the rain.
I lodge a complaint if I can, it is better the next time, and then once again, it is placed wherever.

Because of the strike, it took one month to receive my package. When it was delivered, it was placed in an office located 20 minutes from the original office location.

Horrible experience. Because of the strike (fair enough of course) the huge backlog did not allow to receive my parcel in time (it took 2 weeks!) and NOBODY was willing to give any update other than a normal legally compliant one
