Very good and very fast services.

I was at home all day, but the postman never rang the bell. Instead, I had to pick up the parcel from the post office. Very disappointing.

I could easily change the address of the delivery according to the needs, once I knew when exactly the package would arrive.

We are lucky to have a great postman servicing our neighborhood. That's the reason why I gave three stars. Considering the fact that Bpost unilateral attempts to change the employee contracts, lead to regular strikes . This is disturbing for the recipients as well for the employees. When two parties have a contract, any one sided change voids the contract as is. Instead of carefully plan, negotiate and providing arguments for change, a change is made without consent of the employees, leading to these devastating results. There are enough people wanting to work in different schedules, but not all, so a consensus can be reached before strikes or union actions start. Your employees are great people, take good care of them please, so we can, the recipients, can enjoy their service to the max.

WHAT A DISASTER! We waiting home ALL DAY for our IKEA package. We have a camera on our doorbell and saw nobody walked to or past our door. Finally we went outside and walked around the neighborhood to find 1 of the 2 boxes leaning up against a neighbor's door a few houses away. The other box is missing, probably stolen. IKEA was great and sent us a replacement but Bpost should be ashamed of themselves for this disaster of a service.

Bpost is riddle with union members, and then we're surprised they're not competitive

💯‼️ Great, reliable service. Always on point in time, when delivery, etc. I appreciate delivery at "Home", rather than at Pick-up-point because as I take care of my elderly mother, I can't leave the house often. So, i appreciate very much "Home Delivery" Thank you for your Service.

If you know a strike is about to begin you shouldn't accept packages. Or you could redirect them to other operators. I order organic products and I received them all rotten after more than 2 weeks in the warehouse. As a national company you should be able to ensure a minimum of service or at least, as I said, to not receive new packages and redirect them to other operators if a strike is on the making.

The worst delivery company what I used. I would never recommend bpost because I was waiting my parcel more than 3 weeks without possibility receive any information or cancellation my order. I’m very very disappointed and I would never chose the shops which is in contact with this delivery!
