Users are and always will be loosing with Bpost
None benefitted from the strike - unions and workers of BP are not happy with the conditions they themselves negotiated. But the real loosers are the users of BP - pepope who sent the packages / letters, people who were expecting the packages / letters and people who even did not have a choice to select the delivery provider - we were punished with long time deliveries for which we paid a lot of money. Shame! If I could, I would stop using BP long time ago but unfortunately, some institutions and shops are still using this unsustainable mail service. Not to mention, my package again came opened.
Poor handling for the umpteenth time, otherwise OK
This year and last year I have received several pacakges where the content was damaged. This year it's the 5th time that contents was damaged, DESPITE all packages saying on the packing that the content is fragile and should be handled with care.
I luckily received compensation from the sending company, but clearly every time this is bposts poor handling that brings the damage. You can tell from how long ago the damage has take place.
Other than this I have no complaints: for the most part (though not always) packages are on time and on the agreed delivery point.

I receive e-mails for the day and time of deliver the parcel that were always exact and according programs and info received. The personels are patient and polite and well informed. fast deliver after ordering.

Bpost delivery worst delivery service
Bpost proposes different options in case we are not home when they deliver a package. They just dumped the package in front of the door and left. Luckily it didn't rain as the delivery was made at 9:45 and I came home at 16:30. Even when you are home they ring, but leave right away without waiting you open the door. This is probably a company policy for not loosing time.

This feedback is triggered by the feedback request about a parcel received on 28/04/2026. This parcel arrived at Bpost on 07/04/2026. So this explains the bad score.
I understand there were strikes and protest recently at Bpost.
I also received invoices and other mails very late because of the protest and had negative financial impact because of it.
I hope the situation stabilize and the service doesn't suffer anymore.
