Terrible service
Terrible service. Several packages have been at their depot for more than a week with no update. For another package, they keep delaying the delivery. With PostNL, I never have any issues at all, and they always deliver within 24 hours. Bpost is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered.

Totally unacceptable!
A strike for a month and no provision made for some delivery. Feeling held hostage, important mails undelivered that affect our lives. What kind of precedent does it lead to. Is this democratic? Surely there is a point where accountability comes into play.
Moving all our post to DPD from now on.
Strikes and delays
It’s the worst organised delivery system I have ever met. You never know if you get your package tomorrow, in a week or in a month. Regular strikes affect innocent people and last weeks. That’s ridiculous.
German DHL or Dutch PostNL works better in Belgium than its national company. It’s absurd.
Whenever I have to order something, I’m already sweating. I know it’s gonna be a problem. XXI century, heart of Europe and mess like in Middle Ages…
Support for workers, Disappointment in bpost management
I fully support workers’ right to strike and demand fair conditions. But management’s weak response says a lot. With offices in Flanders operating, there were options to reorganize deliveries. As someone with crisis management experience, I know this was feasible. The real issue is that customers’ interests were clearly not a priority for bpost management, and that destroys trust.
