Having had my brabantia waste bin for well over four years I then a problem with the lid staying closed.I contacted Brabantia as it had a ten year guarantee and they sent me a new replacement lid very speedily .I am very happy with the way they dealt with my problem.

My Beautiful Pink Bin!
The waste bins that this company makes may be expensive, but I think they‘re worth every penny. They look a million dollars, are very functional and easy to keep clean, and if something goes wrong, or you need a spare part they respond quickly and give you an easy solution. After 10 years or more the flip open catch on mine has gone, but it is otherwise still a perfect bin. I wasn’t sure about ordering the right replacement, and within a few hours they responded, and a new lid is on the way. I don’t know what else they make, but am going to find out, so I can put them on my Christmas list!

Faulty Ironing Board Cover
A recently purchased ironing board cover had a permanent crease in it which wouldn't go flat and made ironing difficult. After contacting customer services and sending a photo of the problem along with my proof of purchase a replacement cover is going to be sent to me. This was resolved very quickly. I had an issue with the lines of a rotary dryer that I did not have the proof of purchase for, so not covered by warranty. Regardless of this Brabantia customer services were amazing and provided me a replacement line. Very impressed and grateful for their support.
Fantastic Service - Quality Products
Messaged customer services with a minor complaint regarding the catch mechanism of my bin. Mentioned the cracked inner bucket in the same message, not at all expecting that to be replaced as I’d repaired it with strong tape and it didn’t affect the overall use of the bin.
However, Charlotte who represents Brabania and who dealt with my issue, was amazing. Not only responding to my initial message swiftly but also ordered & shipped a replacement bucket and catch with a 48 hour turnaround. In addition, she was courteous, efficient and just lovely.
I have now received all replacement parts for my bin and I am extremely happy. I feel overall that I have been heard and valued as a customer.
I will ALWAYS recommend Brabantia for their quality products and now, for their fantastic customer service support. Top marks!

Ordered a rotary airer via Amazon but on arrival the cover had a cut in it. I logged in to Amazon to contact seller which directed me to Brabantia. I send copy invoice and photo and I got an almost instant apology and a new cover on the way. No hassle and no haggle. Thank you very much.

Following this I felt confident in ordering a rotary washing line from them when I had been unsure which brand to purchase.
Fantastic customer service and empathy
During a house move unfortunately our bin lid was damaged, this is classed as accidental damage and not under warranty.
Therefore, I wrote to Branbantia and asked if I could purchase a new lid? I was informed that this type of lid was unavailable to buy, but as a good will gesture I was offered a new lid free of charge.
Very kind and fantastic service as buying a whole new bin would have been an annoying expense after moving house.

Are replacing my 6-7 year ironing board as stand has rusted and although within their 10 year warranty other than sending a few pictures no issues or disagreement . Just replaced . So I wrote my experience with brabantia and it’s not professional that I’m being called a LIAR and reading other peoples reviews I can see that some HAVNT had to produce receipts and some HAVNT
I received a 60 litre bin from my friends for a 40 th wedding anniversary present 4 years ago from my friends which I was very pleased about . But recently the base has come away from the aluminium and therefore it leaks and is not safe . I contacted brabantia and have spoken to Jo and Charlotte and Jo asked me for the receipt I contacted my friends and they don’t have it . Jo asked for a picture of the outside of the bin and when I went to clean in I made a dint in it because the aluminium isn’t connected to the base and is thin without the base . So basically they won’t help me . I have contacted trading standards and have a reference number with them and have told me a few things to do as the bin is not fit for purpose.
So now I have contacted head office and someone else they’ve told me to contact .
So as you can see I’m not happy . Trading standards said I should receive a gesture of goodwill.
