Great website, great service - highly recommend

Bought from Bracketsrus as previous bracket bought elsewhere wasn't fit for purpose. Bought for my Samsung TV and is exactly what we needed. Website was super-easy to navigate, so much so I had to double-check it was the right bracket - I was there on the page so quickly it seemed too easy to be right, but it was. Definitely recommend and will order from you again.

So far looking good for this. Great customer service on correct product selection for ordering and competitive price and further contact/response regarding box damage (courier fault NOT Bracketsrus)

M8 30mm bolts too short for use on Samsung TVs

Have just paid out for someone to come to fit tilting brackets on three samsung televisions (40" x2 and 55") The M8 bolts provided are too short even without using washers to attach the parts to the back of the television. He will now have to come back to finish the job as I need to purchase longer bolts. It's a pity because everything else - service, delivery, quality, construction etc was excellent.

Purchase of Sony Bravia 55XE9303 TV Wall Bracket

I purchased a bracket for a new Sony TV and couldn’t be happier. The bracket was posted quickly and arrived quickly. It was very easy to install and I was very impressed with the quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Bracketrus again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very Happy!

The mounting bracket was exactly as described and a perfect fit for my model of panasonic tv. Big deal you might think, but this was the third time I had bought a bracket which promised to fit my model of tv. The previous two brackets from other suppliers did not fit. So very happy eventually to find someone providing an honestly described good quality product. Also, good price and quickly delivered. Thank you!
