the Phone service was fine the Lady l spoke to was very helpful and said the delivery should be about three days, unfortunately it took eight days the products were fine just delivery slow.

Very Quick delivery

Excellent service kept me updated about my order. Item arrived in good time.

The taps we bought look great, were delivered on time and are great value. Our one issue is that they are designed so that the taps turn on and off in that 'european way' - ie the hot turns to the right and the cold turns to the left. We hate this, and would not have bought them if this had been made clear in the details on the website. They are fitted now so we'll live with it, but it's not ideal. It's not the taps fault, it's the websites fault, thats why we marked them down.

Good product, good price, quick delivery

Really great experience! I was after a particular sink, spoke to lady who physically checked stock was available. Once confirmed placed the order and had a number of emails confirming delivery date. A couple of descents delivered the sink. Great prices and service, would certainly recommend and use again. Website was easy to use and navigate to find what I was after.

When ordering various bathroom items I had difficulty obtaining a non slip shower tray. I called the sales number and spoke to Sam who very kindly sent me links to help. I ordered a shower tray, spray and toilet. They were all delivered as promised and on time. However, when we checked we thought that the shower tray waste was missing. I contacted Bradford Bathrooms and spoke to George who could not have been more helpful as the waste had in fact not been sent. We were taking the goods to the north of Scotland the following day so he very kindly arranged for a courier delivery to there to arrive in 48 hours. It worked perfectly. Excellent service.
