I ordered a new Vitra toilet seat from them. I spoke to a very helpful chap, who sorted it out & told me that I would receive it by Friday of that week. Friday came and so did the toilet seat, great service. I opened the packaging and went to fit it, as its a straight swap for our current one. It was only when I took our old seat off that I noticed it was slightly different shape to our current seat. I contacted the company again and spoke to George. He immediately put my mind at rest, extremely helpful and ordered me the actual seat that I wanted. He told me he would send a courier out with a replacement as I was to package the one we had and the courier would collect the incorrect seat. I had to pay for the replacement & he said they would credit me for the first seat once its returned to them. Great service. I would definitely recommend this company & will certainly use it again.

Product when it arrived was excellent. Bradford Bathrooms seem able to supply stuff no-one else sells. Only critical thing - their courier let them down. Three attempts to deliver to the wrong address just 100m away meant it took a week to get to me after I had to sort out what was going on.

I ordered a cistern and it cane as ordered and on time.

I ordered three sets of new hinges to replace the old broken ones on our toilets’ seats.
The hinges arrived the next day and fitting them was straightforward as they were direct replacements.

Found the part I needed easily, ordered easily, item arrived as stated, although not an exact replacement I was able to fit it anyway so all good!

Customer service dreadful, after sales. I won’t be ordering from this company again. Bought a Tavistock ceramic sink for Cadence vanity. It arrived with two large chips out of underside. It was not damaged during delivery, but likely a return (box repackaged).
Customer service were not interested in sending a replacement or offering reduction for damage. In fact, they said the damage was likely deliberate so the sink could sit flush against a wall. Such rubbish, especially as they refused to admit it was a damaged return.
Personally, I rate companies on how they treat/value their customers after sales, if there is a problem.
