I never leave reviews but I was honestly really impressed with Bradford Bakers. The order process was seamless, delivery was super quick and I think these guys have the best selection of cakes I’d seen. Cupcakes aren’t just for birthdays! We sent the “bear hug” cupcakes to a friend who was very ill, and inundated with flowers. She said the cupcakes cheered her up the most out of everything she’d been sent - thank you!

The cake tasted beautiful, but the presentation was very disappointing, I don't think it's the bakers fault but rather the delivery service who was not careful with the package, the cake topper was all broken into pieces we couldn't even recognise what was written there, cake was on the very edge of the cake board. It still tasted great, but I don't think I would order another personalised cake anymore just for the safe side.

Ordered cupcakes for my son to be delivered to him on his birthday as he is away from home. He tells me they were delicious. Only issue was I gave a delivery date of his actual birthday but they were delivered 2 days early. Not the end if the world.

Only half of my present was delivered and with no note to say who it was from. As it was a special occasion that couldn’t be repeated it was all to late. I appreciate mistakes can be made but when I rang to say I would like a refund they would only do that if they collected the half of the gift that had been delivered which was a bottle of champagne so to my utter disbelief they did just that a week later and eventually I have my refund and I might also add I did have to chase that up too. The service was appalling on every level and as it was £70 for this gift it was all unacceptable. I will never use again.

The cakes always turn out well and are appreciated but the family when sent.

I have used Bradford Bakers several times and every recipient has praised the delivery,quality and taste of the products.I have sent cupcakes,dipped strawberries as well as other cakes....all fresh and full of flavour,plus beautifully packaged.Excellent delivery service.Will most certainly be using them again.

This is the second time I’ve used these guys & both times I’ve been really impressed with the cup cakes themselves, the packaging & the delivery time. If you’re looking to have some cup cakes delivered as a gift or need some for a birthday party or baby shower then look no further than these guys. They’re brilliant!! The website is really is easy to use too!!

Really good service. I saw a picture of the flowers you sent and realised they were in a watering can and not a basket which was far more suitable for a 90 year old man. What a nice idea. I was told the cakes were very good as well

No response to email regarding why my order was delivered a week previous to what was requested for my friend's birthday. Very dissapointing

I couldn't fault the service, I got to pick the delivery date and they kept me up to date with this. The only downside was that the package was left on the front doorstep rather than in the safe place that I stated (the shed). But this wasn't a problem as we are away from other houses.
The doughnuts themselves were quite tasty, if not a little 'shop bought' in taste.
I would maybe try some of the other products next time.
