Have used Bradford bakers for sometime now and have never been disappointed always great products

I’d highly recommend Bradford Bakers. I needed a special order of a stack of 27 doughnuts with a birthday message and it was delivered on time in one piece! The children loved it. Customer service is excellent. Quality top class. I’d order again.

I don't know if the party I ordered this for received it. It was just left with someone at this address and I hate to contact the person for whom was to receive it to see if they did. The store is in a mall and I just hope it wasn't letft at a general front desk rather than directly to the store itself.

My ordered gift wasn't delivered - rather a gift ordered nby someone else.

Also - Straight after ordering, and days before dispatch, I amended the delivery address. This was ignored.

The delivery was very quick and the cakes were in perfect condition. The cakes themselves were ok, extremely sweet but very dry. The apple filling in the cupcakes was very disappointing.

Disappointed as the cakes arrived broken and squashed, not sure whether it’s due to poor packaging or the delivery company.
Poor customer service as they have not replied to my complaint or compensated me in any way.

I placed an order from Australia to my father in the UK. I was a little nervous there would be problems but I was updated via tracking regularly. The order arrived on time and exactly as ordered. My dad said the donuts were fresh and very tasty and balloons looked great. I would not hesitate in recommending or ordering again!

Excellent service and very tasty and well presented cupcakes. We have had some personalised with our company logo and they do look very good. We have ordered lots of times and will continue to use.
