The nicest donuts I have tasted. Ordered some for a friend and they thought it was the best gift ever.

I ordered a donut stack instead of a birthday cake for a change, was very pleased when they arrived. Lots of colours a birthday banner across the stack. Kept freesh for a couple of days keeping them wrapped. Would definitely recommend

Chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and the balloons lasted for weeks. All delivered on my husbands 70th birthday as ordered. Thank you

Awful customer service. Parcel never arrived, took 2 weeks for them to agree to a refund as for the first week they kept telling me to tell the recipient to ask around all the neighbours houses. Absolute joke, even though we did that they still wouldn’t even offer to redeliver. Two weeks of constantly hassling them and ringing from abroad and finally got my money refunded, I probably spent more money trying to call them and get through to someone! Totally ruined birthday surprise. Do not order at any cost seriously!!!!! I should have known they were dodgy when they operate so many different website names (sendthemcupcakes.com and sendthemballoons.com) and they have diff prices for the same products!

I’ve used Bradford’s Bakers on numerous occasions now, and every time the cakes have been delivered on time. They always look fabulous and have always been devoured in days! Sadly being the sender I’ve never tasted them myself, so I can only say I’ve always been told they taste divine. Maybe a sender should get a treat occasionally?!
When the new uni term starts Bradford’s Bakers will be getting my next order!!

In the meantime I would always recommend Bradford’s Bakers for those special cakes and buns!

I ordered the chocolate box cupcakes for a friend’s birthday. She said they arrived on time and were lovely. It’s a very good service and a lovely way to send a gift as there is something to choose for every taste.

I cannot comment as I made an initial enquiry to view a property, a message was taken but I’ve never received a phone call back.

Ordered the afternoon strawberry tea package for my mum then for a friend. Both were delighted and impressed with the selection, plentiful and tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Slightly disappointed that I could not get the delivery date I wanted until the day after the celebration so I have learned my lesson and am now ordering present six weeks in advance to be sure of getting it delivered on a 70th birthday!

Excellent products and service. Everyone I have sent a hamper to has been delighted with the variety of the contents and the quality. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. I have used Bradford’s quite a few times now and expect to many times in the future.

I am in the United States and have been using Bradford Bakers to send gifts to my friends in Wales for about a year. The packages are delivered in a timely manner and my beloved friends always thoroughly enjoy their sweet surprises.
