Just had two bathrooms transformed by Bradfords Carpets and Beds. They look amazing! From start to finish, they could not have been more helpful and obliging. Such a professional company and fantastic workmanship and customer service.
From Ben, being so helpful, guiding me through the options, then finding me a quick fitting date and even loaning me a swatch book so I could see how the colour looked at home. To Chris, the fitter, thinking outside the box and checking if the subfloor I already had, was good enough for fitting, rather than replacing it, saving me money on that part of the job. He removed all the rubbish and left the bathrooms in pristine condition.

From ordering to installation Bradford's were a model of good business practice. When ordering we were given impartial advice and information, helping us to choose the carpet that was right for us. Dates set for measuring and fitting were kept promptly, and the staff involved were polite and helpful - clearly on top of their game. Dealing with the Evesham staff was a pleasure, and all the financial aspects dealt with efficiently and promptly. It is difficult to find anything that we would have wanted done differently in the entire experience. Well done Bradford's, that's how a family firm shoul be run.

This company really values their customers and ensures they do everything to meet their needs. The fitters installed my Amtico floor and I felt entirely comfortable leaving them to it with complete trust and they did a great job. The floor is beautiful.

Yet again another excellent product and service received from Bradfords Carpets in Evesham. I find them extremely helpful and friendly at every step. I would not even think about going elsewhere. The carpet fitters moved all my furniture out of the room and back into its original place, and they took the old carpet away, both of which was an essential part of the service for me. A cheerful, friendly and professional service as always. Thank you to the whole team, I love my new carpet!

Used Bradfords for two houses and a simple traditional company with customer service in mind.

I have just had a bedroom carpet fitted by Bradfords of Evesham. I am not one for leaving reviews, good or bad to be honest but I just had to in this case. My experience with this business was second to none, right from walking into the store to the final fitting of the carpet. Nothing was too much trouble, they were all extremely helpful, took the time to listen and advise where needed. The actual carpet fitters were a lovely couple of guys who worked really hard and completely cleaned up afterwards! I am very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone. Bradfords did an excellent carpet job on our dad’s flat in Broadway. The carpets look very nice. They were very professionally laid. All the insides of the fitted cupboards and closets were also laid with matching carpet.

It was a pleasant surprise to find that we were dealing directly with the owner of Bradfords. (Gary). That gave us a lot of confidence.

His men who worked hard did an excellent job.

We chose Bradfords Carpets over another competing firm who had a similar quote due to a strong feeling that Bradford’s cared about meeting the customer’s needs, whereas the other firm left us with a gut feeling that they were more interested in selling their surplus stock.

We were on a very tight timescale, of a few days to get the flat done. What distinguished Bradford’s was that the owner, Gary, was willing to spend time on Saturday, normally his day off, to come and do the measurements. The other firm had simply suggested that we measure the flat ourselves, and bring the details in. With hindsight, that would have been a bad idea.

Furthermore he or his app were able to figure out how to optimise the amount of carpet required by using 5m rolls, instead of 4m rolls resulting in almost no off-cut wastage.

The time to completion was amazing. Gary took the measurements on Saturday, and we agreed the price and type of carpets on the spot from the samples he brought. We paid in full in advance. Due to the urgency and limited window of time he immediately organised his men to obtain the necessary 5m rolls so that work could start on Monday. Everything was finished by Tuesday - an amazing feat for 7 rooms and a kitchen. They really pulled out all the stops to get it done within our limited time-scale!

Quality carpet. Expertly fitted. Door trimmed at no extra cost. Great service as always.

Excellent service from start to finish! Simon in the sales showroom was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Gary kept me informed all the way through, measured up and was able to fit carpets and flooring the very next day. The guys who fitted the flooring and carpets were professional, tidy and did a fantastic job! Top class service from a top class company! Highly recommend!

We are delighted with our new Amtico flooring! From start to finish the whole experience at Bradfords has been professional and satisfying. The personal attention we had at the start from Ben gave us the confidence to know that we were in good hands. Once we had chosen our flooring, we had a prompt visit to quote for the work followed by regular communication to arrange fitting. The fitter was excellent! He worked his way around tricky areas (and our dog!) to give us a superb result. We thoroughly recommend Bradfords for all your flooring needs!
