We bought a bed from Bradfords well over a year ago and recently decided we should have had castors on it so we could move it more easily. Bradfords provided the castors and fitting free of charge and Tom and Ashley even turned the mattress round for us. The service from Bradfords has been wonderful and I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

We haven’t received a professional service like Bradfords’ for years. It is so reassuring to know that quality and efficiency can still be found in the UK. From the initial meeting in the showroom to updates on our special order and collecting from the nearby warehouse, it seemed like nothing was too much trouble and was, just ‘the norm’.

6 Stars only tells half of the truly great experience we have had from Bradfords in Evesham.

If you are considering carpeting your home, rest assured you will receive the most professional service from Bradfords.
You are welcomed to their High Street premises by Ben and Simon who will take you through their comprehensive range of carpets, discussing both quality and price points in line with your budget. Having chosen your carpet, a fitting date is agreed and this is the day the magic begins and any apprehension removed.
It was the usual overcast and dreary day when Dave and Tom arrived to lift and remove our 14 year old carpets and underlay. Furniture was removed by them from room to room, beds, tables chests of drawers, lamps, ornaments, etc, etc. The total area amounted to some 90 square metres and took just 1 hour and 5 minutes to complete, placed in 1 van and taken away.....AMAZING! and not one single mark or scuff left anywhere.
The following day (again, overcast and slightly wet) the magic continued.The whole of the upstairs was underlaid and carpeted from room to room, hoovered and beds etc moved back into their original places and again, no scuffs or marks anywhere.
On the 3rd day the boys arrived to lay the sitting room carpet which measures some 40 square metres, and this was laid with 1 piece of carpet! It was HUGE and very HEAVY.
Again furniture (2 sofas, 2 leather armchairs and tables) had to be moved and placed at one end of the room, then work began. Well, the task of laying appeared to be immense but as in the previous day it was carried out with precision and calm, culminating in a truly fabulous job.
We cannot recommend Bradfords highly enough and would urge anyone considering new carpets to call by and see Ben and Simon in Evesham to have a chat and choose their carpets....You will not be disappointed!

We had luxury carpet and vinyl flooring fitted throughout our home and it looks and feels gorgeous. We decided to change the beds in our house to include Ottoman storage. We saw the advertisement in the Evesham journal, went online to book an appointment and were able to park at the rear of the shop, which was very useful. We met Ben who showed us the models on display and gave us all the information that we needed. We were not rushed in anyway and we are more than happy to place an order for the items that we wanted. Ben could not have been any more helpful or friendly. We are now looking forward to our delivery shortly. Thoroughly recommend Bradfords for beds.

Bradfords gave us a service that other providers seemed unable to offer. They were friendly and responsive to our needs when we first walked into their shop. They came to the house to assess what we needed and to measure up. The fitter arrived at the time and date promised and fitted the carpet quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and friendly. The carpet looks and feels great.
We are happy to recommend Bradford's without hesitation.

Bradfords fitted some Amtico flooring for me in my living room. I was very impressed with the level of service they offered. If I emailed a query it was answered straight away.
They were the only company who could take off my existing skirtings and then replace them when the work was done as they work with lots of different tradespeople.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were so pleased and very impressed with Bradfords, from our initial consultation at the showroom to the measuring up and finally the fitting. The fitters were so helpful assisting with moving furniture in and out of the 3 bedrooms we had done. They cleaned up brilliantly after they had finished too. Top job all around.

From start to finish we had excellent service from Bradfords. Gary sourced a reasonably price carpet in exactly the shade we wanted.
The two lads who did the fitting, I'm sorry I omited to get their names, did a brilliant job. They had to remove all the previous grippers and fit new in the bedroom. They fitted a new door gripper, vacuumed and replaced heavy furniture for us. In the living room, 26' long they made suggestions with regards to hiding cabling and fitting around the hearth. I cannot praise them enough for the excellent job they did. Our bedroom and lounge now look amazing. Many thanks

As first time customers of Bradfords we are very impressed. There was plenty of choice of beds and the staff were helpful and friendly without being ‘pushy’. The bed was delivered today by an excellent team who took away all the packaging and old bed. Will certainly make Bradfords our first port of call next time we need a bed or flooring.

A fantastic service provided by Bradfords. Great choice and quality. Fitters were excellent. Turned up on time and everything fitted to exceptional standard. Cleared up and left my house extremely tidy. Would definitely recommend Bradfords for both value and professionalism.

Very pleased to make my purchase of a new bed at Bradfords.
From start to finish the service deserved a 5 star rating.
I must also compliment them on the Covid safeguards instore.
The bed is very good quality.

From the moment Bradfords came to visit, measure up and quote even then they came across as much more professional than the other companies that quoted. They gave some great advice on matching up to our existing floor.

We did exactly that and Rob the fitter did a superb job meeting up the new tiles to the tiles laid town by our house builder. Once complete you could only then tell what an average job the house builder's contractor did in laying the floor initially, with Rob's work tight and no gaps.

We had a slight imperfection on one of the laid tiles but Ben was very quick to arrange for Rob to return. Turns out it was just a pen mark from the manufacturing process.

All in all end to end a great service and job very well done!
