Excellent service, met by Ben in the showroom, who was very knowledgeable and helpful to us on making a decision on a bedroom carpet, and also a big thanks to the fitters, they did an excellent job.

Right the from start sorting out the right floor finishes and colours to fitting carpet and vinyl we have had five star service Our house is full of nooks and crannies' and i would say not the easiest to fit carpets but the lads on site did a marvellous job and helped us moving furniture and putting it all back in the right place when they finished

We are both in our seventies. We visited your store in Evesham on Wednesday 7th July. We had prebooked an appointment and arrived a few minutes early but were welcomed in and greeted by name by the sales executive, Ben Simcox. We were all wearing masks or visors and we were reassured by the spotless appearance of the showroom and fittings.

Initially we were rather disappointed as we had come with very pre-conceived ideas of what we had wanted (a frame bed or platform type to replace our previous one). Mr Simcox explained that your firm no longer stocked or supplied such beds, merely the divans such as were on display. I have a very bad back which makes lying and sleeping comfortably very difficult.

Mr Simcox could not have been more helpful but put no pressure on us to change our minds. He explained the various options available in the store including the advantages of different types of underbed storage which was also important to us. He took much care in demonstrating the softness etc. of the mattresses and allowed us as much time as we wanted to try them out.

He was very patient and totally professional leaving us alone from time to time so that we did not feel rushed. We tried out many mattresses and experienced the choice of softness etc. He brought us coffee and water. I visited the customers’ toilet and it also was spotless.

We must have spent at lest an hour and a half choosing and eventually decided. We placed an order, paid in full and now look forward to delivery and assembly in about two weeks.

We felt very safe throughout our visit despite the fact we have been shielding for months and this was the first time, since the first lock-down, that we had visited a large store.

We were very impressed and pleased with our whole experience, both of the quality of the merchandise and the courtesy of the staff to whom we would like to express our thanks.

Ben and his entire team should be commended for their customer service and attention to detail. Their willingness to make the whole process from selection of carpet to final installation goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

A reliable and trustworthy local company who provide top quality products. Bradfords carpet fitting service is excellent and I am extremely pleased with the result. The only improvement would be a more accurate time to expect the fitter, rather than ‘afternoon’. Would definitely recommend Bradfords for carpets and beds.

Covid safe private appointment for a late Friday afternoon. No sense of hurry or pressure to decide or buy. Ben left us on our own upstairs to test out mattresses having discussed our requirements and pointing out advantages of each. First time we have used Bradfords but would highly recommend them.
