Quality job throughout. Thoughtful and practical advice on carpet type and pattern choice. Beautiful crisp edges without damage to painted skirting. Neat and carefully cut in around top of stairs and newel post. Looks and feels great to walk on. If this lasts as long as previous Bradfords work we will be very happy. Thank you.

Excellent service. Used Bradfords 5 times now. They move furniture etc and place it back. Ideal for pensioners. They also take away the old carpet.

Excellent Service; just rang during lockdown to order a new mattress; they gave advice and confirmed delivery expectation. It arrived yesterday and had a comfortable sleep. Delivery men were professional and wore masks; they took the old mattress away too. It's great that we still have local companies who can help and delivery a service professionally. After decorating we will look to purchase a new stair carpet. For the last 30 plus years have always sourced carpets from Bradfords.

TBH the entire process from initial measure up to the fitting was professional, honest, and I felt they wanted to understand our exact requirements prior to advising the type and colour of the carpet. Everything worked perfectly from measuring the relevant areas, the amount of carpet choice in the shop to the installation. Given the current pandemic situation, there was an option to choose at home from samples or visit the shop. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and very helpful - excellent customer service. It was a great pleasure dealing with Bradfords. I will definitely choose the company again.
