The reviews speak for themselves! RIP off, schools would be better getting local photography company in, as this company didn’t even sell one digital photo, cheapest they do is a bungle which... See more

Really disappointed with the AI use for a whole school photo. The photograph itself looks totally false with children all given the same height, body size, looking straight ahead, no arms to be seen,... See more

Worst school photographer ever !!

Worst photographs year after year! I refuse to pay for such garbage and take better photos myself. However, it’s always important for the large group school photo particularly this year with it being my son’s last year at school. The photo has just arrived today and it is nothing short of diabolical. Serious amounts of AI and Photoshop have been used, which have resulted in most of the children looking like aliens. It’s an absolute disgrace that this photo happens once every three or four years and this is the result that we are presented with and expected to pay ridiculous amounts of money for.

Extortionately expensive

Extortionately expensive. In this day and age of digital photography I am shocked they charge £23 plus postage for a simple school photo. I guess greed has no limits. Furthermore, an old website in inches not centimetres. It’s a shame that there is not more competition to drive down these ridiculous prices.

Website is from 1995

The order card is simple enough, the photo wasn't great, but it was the website from 1995 that really didn't help. For the vast cost of the photos you'd think they could invest in a better web experience.

Professional, caring and a great service all round!

My Daughter came home and told me that she'd been upset at school when lining up with her class to have their pictures taken. She said the photographer was really kind, told her to take some deep breaths, alerted a member of staff and let her go to the toilets to calm down. She went back later on to have her photo taken (once the redness had gone) and I've had the proof card of her and her class on 'Freepose' pack. It is SUCH a lovely photo! She looks so happy and I never would've known that anything had been wrong! Her teacher even said how lovely the photographer had been and how much better the experience was for the children as opposed to the previous year with a different company.

Thank you Braiswick and well done!

Best photos of my grandchildren we have…

Best photos of my grandchildren we have ever had. The photographer had so much patience and made them feel at ease which made lovely smiles. Very reasonable prices, which made it affordable to order prints for all the family to enjoy.

Photography is good, but might be useful to know...

Firstly, I must say that prior to yesterday, I had absolutely no complaints about Braiswick. They’ve taken my daughter’s school photos every year, and the quality has always been excellent. This is precisely why what I discovered yesterday was so unsettling.

A friend of mine, who works at a local school, was in the process of finding a new photography company after their current provider delivered disappointing results this year. Naturally, I had no hesitation in recommending Braiswick based on my own positive experiences. Together, we decided to do a bit of research online to gather more information.

What we discovered was, frankly, shocking. It appears that Braiswick is directly linked to a studio specializing in boudoir and nude photography—CPS Studios.

I found this deeply disturbing, to say the least, and I can confirm that my friend’s school has decided not to proceed with Braiswick. It’s such a shame, as I had held them in high regard, but this raises serious questions about their professionalism and suitability for school photography.

High prices for what you get

High prices for what you get, they charge extra for the cardboard surrounds but then don’t send you what you’ve ordered! I dealt with a Kirsty in their customer services who needs more training - she hasn’t a clue what she’s doing as she still didn’t send the right thing! That’s after several emails and a phone call to clarify it. Just avoid, I will be in future!

Very expensive £100 for 5 photos

very expensive , the price is excessive specially if you can purchase your kids photos within first week , you have to pay delivery charge on top of it .
I have ordered a photo pack from July taken from my kids to include with new one which taken in November but i have charged £4.00 delivery charge because of adding a picture from previous term on top of the picture price.
the question is i have purchase around £80 of photos and added a pack of £16.75 on top from last term but because of that I have been charge £4.00 more.
Bariswick photographic Co Ltd should be banned from school to take children photos and sell it very expensive to the parents unless they are a business partners with school and local council.

Really overpriced for the standard you're getting. Should have sensible pricing considering the current climate with families. Rubbish website that needs to be updated, surely all the money you charge you can afford an update. Poor all around

Increasing prices though good quality

Ordering since prep school, now my little girl is in Year 3. Will order till better provider is available. Prices have been going up steadily. Forced to buy more than what is needed in the packs. Happy but could be happi-er! Please listen to the parents who are your MOST valuable customers. Thanks.

Terrible ordering system

Terrible ordering system - so complicated and not suitable for elderly people like me. What ever happened to the good old fashioned way of ordering school pics.

Proof card needs amending for schools who won't handle the photos so you are forced to pay the additional £4 for home delivery. Proof card I received still said to order before date printed above for delivery to school and there was no date. I had to phone to find out why I was being charged delivery and they told me school wouldn't handle orders.

That time of year again

That time of year again. I have been using this service for years and will probably continue, always with good quality. My only gripe is the steadily increasing costs accross the range with no dicernable difference or value added to the offerings to its customers, which troubles me and may put some customers off. Braiswick, sometimes, to improve and give the best value for money doesn't always equate to increased pack options at steadily increasing prices. I see it happening, and many of your customers are clearly pointing that out to you.

Rather expensive

Rather expensive, but the photographs look good in respect of the children having character!

The website is terribly clunky, and very "internet in the 90's"

No care given to how the kids look at all

The children were directed to show all their teeth despite that making them look ridiculous! 2 years in a row now, I am unable to order school photos for my kids because they look awful. I considered it my kids’ folly last year and made sure to ‘coach’ them this year to smile nicely, but there were insisted upon to ‘smile’ with all their teeth showing. Probably better off taking these photos myself at home.

not perfect for the price

Well, the photos are good but always imperfect; the hair is not prepared for better clothing. I understand that you are not allowed to touch but at least you have a teacher close by to help.
