It's a lovely table and chair set but with a caveat
It's a lovely table and chair set. Elegant and robust. Seats and cushions are very comfortable and well-made. However, the instructions are not just poor but wrong which caused some frustration until I broke the rules and worked it out for myself. Such a simple thing to get right especially if one is paying for a high end table.

Faulty Prague furniture set
Posting this again as you seem to have not verified and then ignored my wife review. I am the purchaser so hope you can verify and reply to this.
Purchased the 9 seater Prague Corner Sofa Set from your stockist Charlies (who have been excellent as a go-between). It was delivered with a wobbly bench seat, one of the legs seems shorter. When we raised this matter we were told to make sure that all bolts were tightened evenly. We did this but it did not resolve the issue.
We now need a replacement part and have been told that it will take 16 to 18 weeks. This seems unreasonable as the predicted date to purchase a new set is 8 weeks?
We also noticed that the middle supporting leg of the longer sofa does not touch the ground either? Not sure if this is by design or a separate issue.
Would love Bramblecrest to share their thoughts on these issues.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to see that you had an issue with your furniture set. Unfortunately the replacement you need is out of stock so has to be ordered direct from the factory which is why the lead time is longer than you would expect. The middle supporting leg on your sofa is designed to be shorter and only touches the ground/provides extra support when you sit on the sofa.

Garden Furniture cover
The garden furniture cover we ordered arrived on time and we put it in our garden to protect the outdoor furniture from the rain etc... - works brilliantly and, with the loops at each corner, can be used to anchor the cover to the chair legs, meaning it stays in place when the wind gusts.

Delivery…
The furniture is lovely and we are very pleased with it, unfortunately your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to ring you as we had not heard within the 7-10 days, I was given a delivery date only to find that you intended to send just the chairs and parasol, not the table. I was told someone would phone me back but they didn't, I phoned again and was told that you would give me a larger table which was fine and I would be informed of the new delivery date, I wasn't. I rang again and asked to speak to the manager who apologised and said we had a larger table and we would then need a larger parasol which he would organise and phone me back, he didn't. The first we knew was when I had a text to tell me a delivery date for when we would be away, if the manager had phoned back I could have told him this to save me having to phone your company again!!

Lovely parasol.
The decriptions of the products are very clear and we are delighted with the parasol we ordered. It is high quality, very easy to assemble and looks lovely. We were given very clear delivery details. It arrived on time and the delivery guys were great. They were concerned about leaving the boxes at the front of the house if I was on my own as they were extremely heavy.
We purchased the wheeled base, it is worth noting that the granite weights are very heavy and need strength and a lot of care when putting into position.
