Well made beautiful colour and great secure clips - high winds near me and covers stayed in place

After buying a wicker bramblecrest patio table and chairs I needed a decent cover. I checked the website and decided on the 6 seat and oval table cover for my set. I thought it was more expensive than my normal tarpaulin, but probably worth it for the new set. I’m so glad I did. It’s so quick and easy to put on and does not make the same noise when blowing in the wlnd. Literally a few minutes on a night of the Forcast isn’t good. Same when you need it off. Its made of very strong materiel and looks neat and tidy on the patio. We’ve had several downpours and no leaks etc.

Please beware if you are considering purchasing the Bordeaux Modular corner sofa from this company or any of its suppliers. What you believe the sofa will look like once it is put together is NOT the case.
There is no discreet or appropriate fixing of the three pieces that make up this corner sofa so every time you sit on it the seats move slightly and you have to constantly re position each section. It then is not a corner sofa but three separate chairs. To our dismay the company supply cheap, black velcro connector strips to put round the legs or back which are very unsightly. One of the reasons we chose this sofa was its attractiveness from the back as well as the front. Or so we thought. We complained to Bramblecrest as we were completely unaware of this cheap and ugly method of fixing until the sofa was in our garden. Nowhere was this ever made clear in any of their advertising and marketing. Their customer service department was slow to respond unhelpful and dismissive. We initially presumed we were missing something and that correct fixings or instructions hadn’t been sent. None of the Bramblecrest marketing images show the ugly, black fixing straps so we wouldn’t have known before purchasing. When we first saw the Velcro strips when the sofa was unwrapped we thought they were part of the disposable delivery packaging! It is such a shame that a product of this quality and price point is ruined by a cheap, ugly, totally inappropriate fixing system. DO NOT BUY this sofa unless you are happy with ugly black Velcro strips across the back of the sofa in your garden. There are lots of other similar sofas at this price point that have thoughtful, discreet fixings as you would expect and probably a more helpful sympathetic Customer Services department also. This sofa is misdescribed.

The quality of this furniture and the customer service were excellent. Tracy went out of her way to make everything go smoothly.

I emailed the customer service team and apart from an acknowledgment email, I had heard nothing from them a week later. I then emailed again and this time didn’t even get an acknowledgment.
I then rang them over a week later. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said that they have so many emails it takes a while to respond!!!
I wanted to order some replacement covers for the chairs and footstools that we have as the original ones have now split.
She put me on hold and then came back to say they could provide them but I wouldn’t get them until November!!!
I didn’t proceed with ordering them.
My advice would be not to bother emailing- ring them!!!

After my previous good experience with Bramblecrest I am sad to say it was brief! I was being assisted by the person previously mentioned, and having said to her I was so happy she hadn’t fobbed me off and been honest that my collection and replacement would be realistically be the week after I contacted them, (16th June) it still hasn’t happened! I emailed to ask if it could be chased up and still no response. We had intended to purchase additional sofa set for the new garden area but due to the complete lack of communication we have spent the £2k with another company today. We will probably not return to Bramblecrest now. Really disappointed

What a nightmare this has been, 2 months on and we have finally got our complete lounge set.After lengthy waits from customer service,damaged items,damaged replacements. Deliveries just turning up expecting someone to be home (on more than one occasion).And the couriers having no knowledge of collecting the returns.I would not recommend Bramblecrest.

Three years ago I bought some lovely garden furniture from Bramblecrest and while the (£200!!) covers have worn very badly, I've loved the furniture. I saved up for a parasol which I ordered - and paid for - two months ago. It still hasn't been delivered. Three weeks ago they tried to deliver - on a Friday - without a base. I refused to take delivery but yet the emailed confirmation of a successful delivery. I emailed customer services immediately. I then had to phone on the Monday to chase up and was told 'logistics' would contact me about delivery. Still nothing four days later so I rang again to be told that there was no record of my phone call and nothing was being done about my order. I was told it would arrive - without fail - last Tuesday. It is Friday today. Then I had an email to say it would be delayed and not be in stock until 11 July, and dispatched 15 days later. This parasol is to shade my patio and kitchen during the heatwaves and I am desperate for it. I rang again, yes! It will be delivered today (Friday). I had an email to say it would be with me between 11-1pm. It's now 5pm and no parasol and I tried to ring customer services half an hour ago and no reply. I am at my wits' end and still £650 out of pocket. Customer service emails are also created by AI which is lazy and lacks the contact you would expect from a high-end company in the Cotswolds. I am extremely disappointed and still waiting ...Can someone please tell me what I need to do in order to receive the product I paid for in early May??

Best furniture without a doubt and company

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Despite it saying out of stock online.

Firstly the product that I bought (double hanging cocoon chair) has transformed my garden from a beautiful place I didn’t spend time into my happy place. It’s super comfortable, looks better (I bought sage colour as lesser of 2 bad options) than I ever imagined it would. I love it. It’s super comfortable and good quality. It also folds so I can bring it in during the winter months if I want to (though it is 4 season - so let’s see). There were 2 additional head cushions that are unnecessary.

Secondly, when the product arrived it had very limited instructions. I was attaching it to a metal frame that holds up an arbour with a vine on it so didn’t need the base and apparently more instructions are in that still unopened box. I called customer services, immediately got through to a real human who checked in with the product department to help answer my questions

Delivery on time. Product is excellent quality and a fair price.

The products themselves are great quality. The service was good although I did have to phone them to ask about my delivery as I had not been notified. After that I was kept well informed. I paid for the two man delivery to the exact location. The delivery guys were great, put together the chairs and showed us how to use them (they are recliners) and took away all the packaging.

Wheels were delivered a few weeks after the main parasol but there was no-one to fit them and I cannot fit them myself.

A call to customers service was very helpful.
