Disappointed

This place use to be really good whilst most of the time they deliver good items at discount. Lately they have not delivering.
Waiting a month items don’t turn up then refund don’t turn up so you have to ring up to get a refund. This process used to be seamless but more & more it’s a headache
They have really been letting themselves down
Generally when you get on the phone they are still good & get things sorted this is why I stillgave 3 stars not one

Awful refund process

Sent items back on 2nd August, received on 5th by this company yet still some 14 days on no sign of a refund or that they have been inspected. Awful service. Chased and get gobbed off. Bought on klana so will be stopping the payment for the full order until they get their act together

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Returned item on 31st July. Told "it had passed the inspection" on 11th August and that it will take another 14 days for the refund to be processed. Absolutely appalling customer service! Why do they do this? Is it so that they can gain on the interest? There is no reason whatsoever for them to hold on to my money. I have even written to the CEO. He hasn't even bothered to reply. Its all done with AI and no human interaction. Avoid! Will never use this company again.

Brandalley and very slow Refunds

Brandalley are very quick to take your money for goods, but extremely slow in giving you a refund. I have chased them twice now and I have just been told that the items were inspected on 23rd and 24th July (they were sent back on 14th July) and now the refund will be processed, which could take up to another 14 days.

Disappointed

Placed an order, Fedex claims to deliver to the neighbour who did not contact me to give me my parcel. Fedex did not leave any card of where they delivered the parcel, I contacted Brandalley customer service who requested me to try to locate my item from the neighbour on my right side Somalian lady, however I was not able to. Knocked on the neighbour door few times no one opened the door I asked that Fedex goes and asked the neighbour where they claim they delivered the item where the parcel is. I Asked this matter to be escalated to the complaint team and was told within two working days senior agents will contact me until this day no one did. Contacted Brandalley again to let them no no one from senior department has been in touch. Ut again no reply. I am frustrated that it take so long for Brandalley to respond and resolve this matter to either offer a refund/replacement.. This is now taking more than a month. I can not understand why I should be the one who is still waiting for something I have paid including the delivery fee to the Brandalley.

My order was incomplete

My order was incomplete, on checking website it said " that the order was still being processed." two weeks later the items had still not arrived. dispute was being ignored so I claimed through pay pal only to be told that the order had arrived three weeks earlier so the dispute was rejected. Yes an oeder had arrived but it was incomplete. no body would listen. Also bought jewelry that was advertised as 80/ off. the jewelry was tat and nowhere near the price it was claimed . avoid .

A terrible company to deal with

I sent the item back and I’m still waiting for my refund. 10 days later. I’ll never use this website again. I think people should stay clear from it. I’ll give you another few more days and then get in touch with my bank to get a refund.

Less of the fake BS discount codes please

I cant remember the last time a discount code that was emailed to me by Brand Alley actually worked. Doesn't matter what you add to your basket apparently the discount code isn't valid. So please Brand alley - less of the BS sales tactics that just annoy people just rather not bother with the fake discount codes that was my time

Still waiting for refund

Had to return a watch that was too big for a refund. Turns out it’s a trusted seller which is a pain to arrange. Still waiting 11 days for refund £136.22. Trusted seller say they have to tried to refund but it’s a problem with BA. Then BA say it’s up to the seller. Getting really worried now. Also opened a case with PayPal to try and get my refund that way.
Seems to be happening regularly with BA recently always difficult to get refunds. Not using BA anymore too
Unreliable.

Disappearing order

My account disappeared and with it an order that had not been fulfilled though it was placed some 6 weeks previously.h On contacting the supplier they were unable to find my order, they have been having some sort of system update? I have closed my account and will no longer use them as I believe that their system is not very secure longer safe or secure.

Scam company

No reply on email - emailed 5 times now. Order on account sayd "Processing" but it's been the sample for 3 weeks, money taken from account but NO delivery?? No reply on email and I can now see that there are no sizes left of the style I bought so it seems to me that they never had the stock in the first place. Absolute scam company and should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, the parcel arrived but only one pair. After contacting on WhatsApp I was told the order had been sent. Since then I have sent numerous messages reporting missing item but all I get in reply is send my order no, email address and item number. This I have done. I have tried the advertised phone numbers which do not ring out. Now desperate, I cannot afford to lose this money. Help. Really poor customer service.

Brandalley is now BrandTheft and BrandRefundDelays

Brandalley is at it again, selling items they do not have in stock in order to hold onto customers money indefinitely to make interest and hoping customers will not notice their order has not been delivered. What has happened to Order # UKO144000289429 which was paid for on 20 April to be delivered 6 to 9 May? How much interest are you making with this new method of selling items you do not have in stock and refunding as late as possible after complaints? Will this order be delivered or not? Why do you not update customers on what's going on instead of silence, hoping to steal their money?

This is the 4th review I have written about Brandalleys tactics and it looks like its become their norm.

Customers should come first

I am a well established customer and used to love shopping with Brand Alley. However, I’ve noticed several changes which put the company and the labels first, at the expense of customers.

Firstly, it takes longer to get a refund through - which means the company keeps customers’ money for longer. Often the loss to customers is a couple of months - because in many cases payment’s made a good while ahead of delivery.

Second, it appears to be no longer possible to speak with customer services. They often used to save the day. Now, the customer’s asked to leave a WhatsApp message and expect a response within 48 hours (or potentially longer).

Finally, I’ve now had two recent cases where an item purchased is not actually available. It’s never happened previously and is obviously very disappointing when you’ve gone to the trouble of choosing the item and paying for it. I should add that, in my case, communication has been slow (or non-existent) when this happens and I’ve had to chase to get matters resolved.

I’m really sorry to write this but something feels badly off with a company I’ve rated highly.

Do not buy from these people!!

Waiting for a refund of £170 from 21 April and no sign of it. Raising a dispute through my card provider. Goods were ordered on 14 April but did not arrive in time so order was cancelled and no goods received. Still waiting for a refund. Phone number not working. Fobbed off via Whatsapp. Avoid!!!!
