Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Unless you hit lucky and actually keep the item you order, believe me you ain’t gonna get a refund without going down the legal route.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took the money. Did not fulfill the order. After chasing, was promised a refund within 10-14 days, which did not happen. Thankfully paid by paypal so will log a dispute with them

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! If you are lucky enough to receive your order you can most definitely forget about your refund. They promise to refund within 14 days but that's a lie. I have not once recieved my refund from them without getting my bank involved. This company is running a scam and needs to be reported!!!

Can’t really give any stars. Item ordered was not a real size 14! Refund? Where is my refund? Yes this process is taking much longer than 14 days. DO NOT ORDER from this company unless they actually massively improve !

I wish that I had read the reviews… Never Again!

I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from BrandAlley. The item I ordered was fine, but too large and so I returned it. As others have said, it takes absolutely ages to get refunded and the Customer Service is hopeless with non-intuitive chatbots and no phone number. I will never order from this company again as it's just too stressful an experience.

I’ve ordered clothing items

I’ve ordered clothing items, which I’ve recently returned, from Brand Alley and always find that refunds take weeks. This is totally unacceptable and I always end up chasing them. I would never order anything further from this company. Other companies are far quicker processing customer refunds. Avoid. Judging by other reviews this is a company to avoid.

The Bromfield Left Hand Chaise Sofa, Manhattan Apricot

I've bought things from them several times before and did not have a problem with delivery or quality of the items. This time, I ordered a sofa for £699.00. It was supposed to be delivered between 14 and 21st March and I've been contacting them constantly since without a proper response - just chat's robot sending out the same message instructions and trying to contact them for a resolution is deeply frustrating. Yesterday, I tried to log in and the page came up with an error, I tried several times this morning 25.03.25 and it is still the same - like it's been disabled. Just want my money back so I can shop elsewhere and forget the whole sorry business.

Is this a scam site?

I ordered two items from Brandalley totalling £770. Estimated delivery between 26th Feb to 3rd Mar. My order has not yet been delivered. I have contacted Brandalley several times via WhatsApp which appears to be the only means of contact available to their customers. I was sent a message in reply stating that my delivery date was 3rd Mar and that tracking was available on my account. Tracking is not available on the account- it just states 'processing'. I have had no reply to my next two WhatsApp messages.
It would appear that this company is 'selling' goods which it does not have access to, keeping their customers money and the interest accruing upon it until such times as they can be persuaded to refund the money. This needs to be investigated by the relevant authorities and the site shut down if so. I will certainly be taking this issue further if I do not receive an immediate and satisfactory resolution.

Misleading discount offer

Misleading discount offer - refer a friend doesnt work if you are ording many items from or delivered by their trusted sellers. This doesnt appear in their terms and conditions next to the offer and is very misleading.

BrandAlley Can Break Their Own Policies It Seems...

BrandAlley do not stick to even their own policies!

Avoid purchasing products from them, as they are either not fit for purpose or damaged.

Bought a pair of +£200 boots for a Christmas present; to then be sent pictures showing the damage they had done to my friends feet after just one use on a 45-minute walk!
They had taken skin off her feet and her socks were bleeding!

I reported this to BrandAlley within the 60-days return period, as purchased within the Christmas timeframe for extended returns.

They sent back, as the item had been worn, they would not accept it back as a return!

I mean, WHAT?

How on earth was she meant to know the damage these boots would do to her feet WITHOUT ever wearing them?

I will be taking this matter further, both against BrandAlley as the vendor, and against the manufacturer as well.

Positive Experience (so far!)

I have been using Brandalley for some years and to date, have not had any issues with goods received, returns or refunds.
I have no experience of using their customer services but assume Brandalley to be a middle man only and largely dependant on their suppliers which would account for some of the concerns raised ie delays/wrong items, but poor customer services today from any company is not acceptable.

Customer service is insanely poor

I ordered two bras from brand alley measured ect chose my sizes upon receiving they were not the sizes I have orderd. I've tried to make a return and have been told that quote:

"Unfortunately, we're unable to accept non-returnable items for return due to issues of fit. Hand-measuring is not a reliable method of establishing a sizing fault and manufacturer's sizing does vary"

This is utterly rediculous as this is the exact way to measure for a bra. Is it not?

Not only that it's taken 4 days for someone to even reply and when I called the help line the guy spoke over the top of me whilst I was explaining the problem. He couldn't sound more dis interested if he tried.
