I was looking to find Tumblers for an event coming up and Branders customer service won me over! I started a live chat to try to get some help and it was the best service I have received via live chat!! I recommend Anthony Carlo Lee if you have questions or need help ordering, I'm glad I got him to help me!!! Tumblers are now ordered and I can't wait to get them!! I was looking for unique cups for a marketing opportunity with Bacardi Rum! I had a hard time finding what I was looking for because of so many options so I requested help from the "Sales Chat" that they offer on the website. I met Anthony Carlo Lee through Sales-Chat and he was so incredibly helpful that I almost felt bad for asking so many questions! :) He sent me sample cups for me to see live samples, he sent me visuals of cups with my logo on them, he changed the colors of the design, he sent me at least 10 different options through email, he was so quick to answer all of my questions, he stuck with me for over 3 weeks to finally pick the color, type, and size cup I wanted! I couldn't have made the purchase without him. I also don't think I would have ended up ordering anything without Carlo's help! Brander's is a great company to work with and I think that Carlo is an amazing asset to them! I absolutely would refer Branders to anyone looking for specific glassware!
