Very satisfied - I recommend
I looked for days for the perfect home office desk and every time i found something promising i noticed the websites were unclear and incomplete with info. Not Brand New office - Their website is excellent, pricing and options are clear, options on delivery and assembly are transparent and easy to find. I received my desk and it was exactly what i wanted.
Why not 5 stars then? Well, the email confirmation of the purchase says a week prior of delivery an email will be sent confirming; that never happened - instead, i got calls from an unknown number which i almost didn't pick up, but did because it was persistent - it was the delivery company they work with calling to set up a date. Considering how upfront they were throughout the whole process, i wish they had been with this too.
Now i Know what to expect and will be happy to order other pieces from them. Thank you for the good service!

The delivery was on time was done quickly and everything was cleaned after the installation, it was a pitty that the installers did not speak French or Englisch so a conversation was not possible.
