When our order was placed
When our order was placed, we had a very short deadline do to receive at least one of our 2 ergonomic stools. A phone call was made and a very helpful and efficient staff member took care of our order, helped us through payment and assured a delivery for exactly what we needed and for when. We are very happy with our order and the service!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Good product and a variety of product. We suffer delay on our order due to low stock and annual closing but the customer service contacts us directly to ask if we want refund or if we have time to wait. We decide to wait and the package arrive in accordance with the new delay.
