The order process was OK. Correct follow-up and to-the-point contact.
The delivery process was a disaster.
Simply because I was not informed about the delivery day/time.
All of a sudden my kids called me, saying that someone was unloading boxes.
Unbelievable.
Not the level of a professional organization.
In addition, the building instructions were practically useless.
Unclear drawings (very poor 3D), unclear packaging of small connection parts. It took me half a day to put this simple desk together.

I ordered a chair.
I ordered a chair.
I am not very happy in overall.
The chair is very nice but it took about 6 weeks to be delivered in my office while it was stated that it should take between 3 and 4 weeks. The contact with bno was correct and responsive. If I was not behind bno, I am not sure that the follow up will have been done. When the chair has been delivered I have been insulted by the delivery team because my street is too small for there truck to make a turn.
