I have been using them for many years now. On the whole I am very satisfied with the service.

Sometimes they are little slow to react and it could be a little quicker. But I guess it also depends on how busy they are.

But out of all the suppliers I use they are the best by a country mile and I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

If you are looking for genuine and authentic products with a great support staff then this is the company you should be using.

Cancelled my subscription almost immediately (within minutes) of subscribing.

They then charged me anyway and have completely ignored my request for a refund which is a breach of E.U Comsumer Rights Laws and will be reported as a trade disputed if I am not refunded within 7 days.

I have requested that my payment be refunded for services not received and have been repeatedly ignored.

Prompt, reliable, experts!!!

I want to thank the answer in this forum from Brandsdistribution and I will send you my email via Facebook to see if that channel works...but I still cannot change the negative opinion, because yesterday, in my despair, I tried to contact you for the 6th time and arrenged an appointment via call.

If your web was correct, you had to call me today at 14:00 PM. Well, now we are at 14:25 PM and I am still waiting. I do not know how many channels do I have to try to get responses :( this is really maddening.

I will wait for my call and if I won't receive it, I will ask via Facebook, but I will not change my review until I will have answers. I hope you understand that our time is also valuable.

I found out about fashion dropshipping thanks to Brandsdistribution! I choose to try this service mainly because it’s really easy to start. They offer a complete catalogue of top brands and the sales assistants are very cordial and helpful.
I highly recommend their dropshipping service to everyone!

Due to the noted concerns of some members, this supplier has currently been suspended from the directory pending a full review of their approval.

Just to update this post

This supplier was removed from the directory after our review found that their level of customer service was far below a standard that we considered anywhere close to being acceptable.

I have to say that I am doubting Brandsdistribution's Customer Service really exists, as my emails to them have been ignored for over a week. Instead I have been bombarded with mass marketing emails every day.

A truly strong company (for product quality - personally tested - staff preparation, offered services, quick and comprehensive solutions to the most common sales problems, etc. etc.).
I would recommend to all bradsdistribution, but if I do not it is only because you would become my competitors in the sale of their products !!! ;-)

I don't really have anything to complain about because Brandsdistribution has great prices for me, fast delivery and the Products are good quality never the less the new Products are are fást and wide rangely updated in the product feed! We been active in dropshipping since two years already and 1 Year with Brandsdistribution. We are also have other dropshipping partners beside Brandsdistribution but with them the returning problem is always the shipping time and the delays which we never exoerienced with Brandsdistribution. I have been a dropshipping partner with Brandsdistribution now for 8 months and been properly active for 6 of those months. The products are superb, the delivery is superb. Most of the admin is superb. The reason I have not given it 5 stars but a very conservative 4 is that it could be more user friendly. The chat box will not chat with you if you are a dropshipper meaning communication is by email, which is okay but that has a time constraint. When an issue requires immediate attention, for example to change an order before dispatch, it cannot be done in time thus creating unnecessary administration, time and costs for everyone involved; the customer, Brandsdistribution, the courier and yourselves. Sometimes I do not get a response to emails at all and I don't understand why this is. Maybe they don't get through, who knows.
If you are new to this company please ensure you are yourself tech savvy or have access to someone who is, as out of the box so to speak, you will need to have knowledge of how to process csv files and there is little help available unfortunately which I, not being that at that level tech savvy, found very frustrating. This issue will certainly not affect most people joining and I accept I should have been much better prepared. I only mention it here in this review as advice to those who may wish to join, who like me are not tech savvy.

Once I overcame this hurdle though, I was very glad I had joined their service. The product images are clear and professional (although on a wish list I would request some extra images of each product) and the descriptions are very accurate (again, on a wish list I would request some additional descriptive information on top of the bullet points of dimensions etc, but that's just the salesman in me). The admin for the products is superb and can't be faulted. The products are absolutely top notch quality and exactly how you would expect these brands to be. I have only had one request for return due to faulty goods. All the orders are processed quickly, delivered on time and are very well packaged.

So, all in all, despite these slight admin niggles which are very easily fixable in my view and I find it odd that they don't fix them, I do very much highly recommend this company. What they get right far, far and away outweighs the few admin areas I personally wish they would improve on. If you are considering joining, well as long as you come prepared, then jump in... the water's fine!
