So far i have installed their shopify app. 15 Days free use before deciding if to go for the £100 (hefty but understandable) price tag. From what i can see there is real true opportunity for my new venture.
HOWEVER. im 24 hours in and so far the app prices do not represent the catalogue prices on the website. There is no mean to present a test order to the system to show users the route through.
I have sent requests for help through the (so far unattended as far as i can see) zendesk type chat. Also sent requests through app and no response which is truly unfortunate.
Also the mark up system is unexplained and jaunty and needs a bit more comprehensive instruction (for instance presenting a % symbol where is pertinatnt (mark up))
I can see there is a opportunity for this product but so far im finding the v1.0 system a bit clunky to be honest.
Id be happy to work with the makers in trialing new systems if the systems were a real reflection of the website.

ALSO, sorry to go on. But i so far cannot place a dropship order at all as im listed as a standard member and not a dropship member (even though ive installed the app for shopify and given you my details for payment by proxy)

UPDATE : HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOAD IN YOUR HELP CENTRE ON SHOPIFY FOR 3 MINS. FAIR TO SAY IT DOESNT WORK?
Question? Can i cancel the shopify app and just work direct with you as you app can make it so people actually lose on the sale

Purchased a full year drop shipping service from brands distribution as well as the very expensive woocommerce integration from zero11.
There are some issues with the catalogue such as images not all the same size and product names are not as you would find elsewhere which won’t help Seo and probably doesn’t help convince viewers that the site is legit.

The main issue is however the non existent customer service who I don’t think have answered ANY of my multiple emails.

Equally the plugin developer zero11, who’s plugin on the face of it is reasonably comprehensive but has extremely poor documentation and misleading field labels Haven’t responded to the last several support requests.

When I first installed the plugin and wanted to find out some of the parameters of how it works I had to google their phone number and ring them up to get an answer since there is not way of contacting them through their website other than a contact form which they don’t respond to.

The plugin has now stopped working for one of its main functions, filtering available products for non imported products (I.e new ones just added to their catalogue) so this has effectively rendered my site useless as an automated product catalogue using a drop shipper.

I will say however that their shipping is fine and the products received have been genuine.

A real shame about brands distribution and zero 11 support as otherwise this would be a positive bit of feedback and not negative.

In summary I would say that if a website were to scale up and someone be reliant on the income for a living then this is an extremely risky partner to invest in.

Overall Brandsdistribution is ok but not great. Very slow replies to emails and they recently removed their MadeinItalia label without any notice to resellers. Very strange way to go about things. I also worry about the authenticity of their products as they cannot supply the names to the product items they sell they only supply an article ID number. I feel for the subscription fee they charge their service is pretty terrible.

i was planning to start a drop shipping business through brandsdistribution.com, after reading the reviews, this company seems to be lacking customer service. As i tried to approach them for some information, but still no positive response.

I was looking for them to find a new dropshipping supplier I immediately was for by the brands they have.
I was a little bit scared by the authenticity of the products so I start selling without pushing a lot , in one of my first sales the Us custom stopped the box and asked for the documentation and I have to say thanks to Idt team and specifically to Arianna cause in one day they sent me all the documents I needed and I solved the problem with the custom.

I use BD since over a year and had over 100 products shipped promptly to my customers. Only one defect promptly addressed by BD rep, excellent, really the best dropship company for Italian brands.
Not sure why some complain about the cost of the products, I think they are priced correctly, shipping to the the US seems a bit high but I will not complain as it’s fast delivery.
The rep was Alexandra and she was terrific, quick to answer emails, great at giving advice.
The 3rd party used was Modalyst, easy to use. It was a perfect world until BD decided to drop Modalyst and made us use their “IT partner” Zero11.
Look at the name... ZERO. The app is awful to use with little to no customer service. The app missed updating stock levels multiple times thus I had to cancel 11 orders. Overselling is bad business and leads to unhappy customers. Zero11 blamed BD and Shopify, nice. I never had that problem with Modalyst.
Zero11 recommended to use WooCommerce and not Shopify.
I switched platform hoping that the Zero11 plugin was better. My anti malware scanner sees the delicate Zero11 work as risky. Not going to pay €400 for the setup plus €300/year for a Zero tool seen as poorly written by security scanners and still poor customer service.
Now BD asks me to pay €90/month just to have access to the csv file so I can rebuild my store.
Can you give me access to the feed and start to charge me when I sell? Do you know how long it takes to build a selling site with good SEO, good selling descriptions? 6 months not less.
Customer service is gone with Alexandra, emails take days to be replied to, if not ignored and often the reply is less than 5 words.
Can you beg Alexandra to come back? She knows and understands the value of customer service.

I had some doubts but due the fact they are in the online market since 10 years I thought it was correct to try them I was honestly devasted by aliexpress delivery problem .
After 2 months I am working with I have to say they are really serious and finally I have next day shipping , not 1 month like aliexpress !!
I put 4 stars not 5 cause being based in Europe if you ask something even in the early afternoon ( I am based in Ny) you have answers normally the day after , they have to improve that and give faster replies.
Anyway great partner .

I finally found a reliable supplier for my business. I'm surprised to read so much negative reviews, because honestly they always solved my issues... I just had a problem with a return that their support team helped me to solve immediately.

To be completely honest, I'm being generous with one star and ONLY because I can not give them fewer.
Absolutely HORRID experience. Just read the amount of negative reviews here. That should say it all.
They make unilateral decisions that you have no mechanism to discuss or dispute.
They sent me wrong merchandise (cheaper than the items I actually paid for) and when they received my return, they just stopped answering emails (I sent them over 15!!) and finally they just refused to issue a refund! I had to file a dispute with PayPal and they resolved 3 cases in my favor. But I had to wait for 2 months before I got my money back!
Never ever will buy from them again!!
Disorganized and incompetent!
Forget about actually talking to someone or even emailing with someone that has a brain. They basically find every excuse in the world to delay or hold your payments!!

Do your research before considering to do any business with this company. Brandsdistribution offers the worst customer service in the world. They won't reply to emails and won't answer the phone. I actually got them on the phone after calling non-stop for a week and they told me to stop calling. They had shipped out the wrong items to me and most of the products had defects on it. Been trying over a month now to have the items returned but they keep ignoring me. I'm down over 3,000euro and stuck with inventory that I can't sell.

I'm going to keep my review short since they have hundreds of negative reviews anyway. Their dropship service is a joke. I signed up to their package that includes a finished build website and guess what??? It's been 2 months now and still nothing. Their shopify plugin doesn't work at all and they keep blaming their partners called "zero11". Stop blaming them for all the mistakes. you decided to partner with them, so own up to your repsonbilities.
