Hey, We have just joined the group, confirmed that their support is totally trash! I don't recommend, they are unprofessional when it comes to supporting, after trying to get help with Plugin issues they sent me this :

"If you don't like, don't buy and find another app to become rich.
If you leave us, we wish you all the best in the future but honestly, we will not miss you."

Worst of the worst customer support ever! This guy should be left with no customers! And they don't have the customers they claim, maximum 500-600 users.

Stay away and find suppliers that care about their customers even if the price markup is a little higher :)

Edit to Reply: No one is trying to defame, I'm just happy that I'm finally able to share my review on Trustpilot so other potential customers can stay away from your trash support business! You always blame your 3rd party but the fact is, you are still working them and you guys are still working together, so don't try to drop dust into people's eyes just to look awesome. Also just to mention we also contacted you directly to resolve this matter and you just ignored. If necessary I can attach all the e-mails here so the community can see we are not trying to defame anyone. You guys deserve what you give to your costumers. Phone support is just bad, no one is able to talk fluent English, not able to resolve any issues, e-mails take ages to get a proper reply. One fact is, so many bad reviews can't be wrong, no matter how good you try to clean your mess, your reputation will follow you forever, customer support is really important when it comes to 2020 companies, you just missed badly there. I wish you the worst for your business as you/your partners did the same to our company. COSTUMERS beware, there are good alternatives such as graffiti and other companies that at LEAST have a nice customer support. I would not trust any LEGIT business to work with a company you cannot rely on.

Our cooperation with Brandsdistribution began at the beginning of 2017.
Thanks to the high availability of goods, we were able to build a strong position on the e-commerce market. In 2018, we opened the first stationary store in the Shopping Center. Our cooperation continues to this day. Brandsdistribution provides excellent, dedicated support. I recommend cooperation with a clear conscience!

Full support with every issue and so far good delivery approx 5 to 6 days including packing etc
My only problem is with the senior management on the their public online shop where they sell products cheaper than we can buy from brandsdistrubution
There used to be a £400 purchasing limit but now senior management have removed that.
I paid Brandsdistrubution for the opportunity to get good branded products at a price I can compete with. I can’t compete with brandsdistribution online shop prices
You should be selling at the price you recommend all your member to abide by !

They are very helpful especially Francesca, she is always there to answer me or direct me when I need her and the products are value for money, real brands not fake ones.

To be honest am not very happy with the whole dropshipping experience. CSV files that don't load with product titles, just product numbers, non existent representative, customer service takes ages to email back. Wholesale prices ridiculously high, hard to make a profit

I was somewhat satisifed with their dropship service in the beginning, until I had to request returns. They are the worst when having to deal with returns. I have a total of 7 orders that customers want to return, but they haven't approved any of my requests. And it's within their terms of 14 days. I have contacted them by email, chat support and no answers on approving the returns.
Offering dropship service is not just about having orders shipped out, it's also about providing good service once issues occur.

I was discouraged a lot to see negative reviews some weeks ago. And then I noticed that they are mostly about the confusing technical uses and customer service. So I tried to read all the FAQ on Brandsdistribution and in fact people were complaining about something before reading well all the information. No complaints on products so that's why I decided to try my business with them.
After 1 week of using the trial version of Brandssync, I was very satisfied and bought the subscription yesterday. Thank to my coach Francesca, everything runs smoothly until now. I'm still building the website so I cannot tell you about the customer service yet. I will be back quickly to update my experiences with Brand Distribution. Howerver, I'm very happy and vote them 5 stars for the communication with customers, the app quality and the variety of products.

prices are expensives for example Nike wholesale price from you is the amount is been sold in shops.
lots of websites have prices less expensives in the same products.
And you need more Gucci, dolce & gabbana luxury, fashionable bags.
