visited the Covent Garden location with my mom the other day and was shocked. The store itself has a good environment and the clothes are nice, the customer service is the complete opposite. They were bratty teenagers who kets side eyeing me and a hijabi customer. I felt as if their attitude could be better when asking a simple question. The employee got mad when I took two of the FREE sticker, one for myself and the other for my mom. I felt judged and ignnored the entire time and will not be going back again. so dissapointed.

Went to the Vienna based shop the other day and Jesus, I have never seen such a rude manager in my life. She speaks no German and only broken English, thinks that she is better than anyone and either insult you or just completely ignore you if you want to ask a question. The worst thing is that this store is not following the Corona Virus restriction laws here in Austria. The shop is not that big and it´s full of people. I have seen other customers complaining that they get ignored, if you tell staff, that they should follow the restriction. To be honest, it´s a mystery to me, why somebody hasn´t called the police on that store yet. At this point, you are breaking the law that is here to prevent another lockdown.

HORRIBLE service hung up on my calls everytime I tried to ask a question and never canceled my order it is so over priced

pretty overpriced, and although clothes are nice, just not worth it. id buy their dupes from shein. my main problem is their jean sizing. i ordered a pair of corduroys, and two different types of blue jean, all in size S. the first type of blue jean i tried on fit PERFECTLY. however, the other two jeans made me look like a lamp. these are NOT size S, at all, and its like their "S" ranges anywhere from an actual S to an XL, despite all the measurements being similar if not the same. sucks because they're really nice quality, just awful sizing.

Everyone here is upset about the sizing. Sure, the sizing is quite problematic, but trustpilot is to review the STORE ITSELF. If you don’t fit it, don’t buy it, move on. Friendly staff, great quality clothing and cute designs. Only slight downside is pricing, but it’s understandable with most of their products being 100% cotton made in Europe. I give it 4 stars because the sizing and pricing is a bummer, but it’s not a reason to give 1 star at all.

I wanted to leave a review, after seeing all the negative ones. I have loved the clothes at Brandy Melville forever, the quality is actually great and most pieces are 100% cotton with isn't that common to find at a decent price. Most clothing retailers sell cheap polystyrene clothing pieces so i tend to opt for Brandy Melville a lot. Although their sizing can be seen as contravertial, it is saving them money on resources as well as time on the production of more sizing options, some companies just want to keep it simple and quick, not everything has to be related to a negative reason. As someone who was once considerd 'fat' and didnt fit into any of the clothes at Brandy, i was never mad at them for their sizes, as a brand they can sell whatever they want, i have always appriciated the nice clothing and didnt lay the blame on them. Maybe the issue isn't with the company, but with our toxic expectations to always be met, if they aren't met we will blame a company for being toxic when maybe it's us... in reality we all want to look like a slim model, and some of us are lucky enought to look like this but a lot of us don't, and that's okay! Just appriciate the nice clothing and move on, shop else where if you don't fit these sizes, simple. I also personally have never had an issue with their customer service instore or online.

Not happy. My daughter buys items from this site - subject to a £5 delivery charge - but when they arrive several items are completely inaccurately sized so have to be returned - another £4.20. I've told her that because of these charges she is not to purchase items from this site anymore. Clothes quality is ok, albeit that some items 'bobble' badly even with careful washing (and most of their items say 30 degrees).

Shockingly rude service in brandy melville. Staff so unhelpful, security incredibly judgemental, won’t shop here again. Spend your money elsewhere.

clothes are good quality but in the store the staff are very rude and act surprised that they actually have to do their job, i’ve been multiple times only for the workers to be rude, even heard one of them talk bad about one of the customers, other than that their clothes are ok and i’m sure some of their workers are nice but the latter are unfortunately very rude and self entitled, however the clothes they have are very nice quality and the rude staff haven't put me off future purchases i just hope they learn basic manners…

The returns policy is not good. You have to pay for returns and I ordered a Small and got an Extra Large.

Completely misleading advice on sizing on website. Size small arrived with extra large labels. Customer services are terrible, would not accept mistake. Do not order from this company. Horrible.

Atrocious company, do not buy from them. The customer is wrong and their returns policy is awful.

I cannot believe that they wouldn’t even put more sizes there’s absolutely no reason to even shop there that’s probably why I only just heard about it of Snapchat from somebody already saying it’s rubbish how there still open I dunno there’s no point in it if I could put no stars I would.

Listen, I am not here to talk about the blatant controversies surrounding this brand. Brandy Melville in most avenues... is average. I like their clothes, its good for when you want to buy basics for an affordable amount of money, they don't take the bleeding mickey is what I'm trying to say (unless you're buying the zip-up hoodie). However... one place where it gives me primal rage is the armpit. Seam. Why, WHY? Why does no one talk about how wearing one of their tops (albeit their tops are actually cute af) that my sweat glands are instantly activated??? Me and my associate are the only people who seem to have this harrowing problem? Love the clothes, Hate (with a capital H) the armpit seam. Do better.

My skirt arrived with a hole in the seam. The returns policy included with the item states that postage has to be paid to send it back. Even worse, they don't do exchanges so it looks like I would need to pay postage again if I wanted to order another one. I don't feel like a valued customer and wont buy from them again

absolutely love brandy omg i recommend watching try on videos on youtube to see the product on another model tho as their website is not the best! i would recommend their zip up hoodies, rosa sweatpants (if you are under 5’7) and all of their tshirts and tops!

I love their clothes! I recommend their Hoodies and graphic shirts! Most of their clothes are too big on me like the Rosa sweats for example are too baggy if you’re 5,2 and under like me! Otherwise I love how they have their own app and they always have new clothes! One thing I had a problem with is shipping... I’ve ordered many times before but I recently ordered 6 items from their app. It’s been 4 days.. I always get my order shipped out 2-3 days, but for some reason it’s taking a long time. I’m not the type of person who has patience so it’s kind of annoying.. There’s not like a holiday or whatever I don’t know why they are taking so long to email me that my order has been shipped. Well I guess I’ll just wait and see!

obsessed with brandy! i love their hoodies and tops, never have bought pants there so i can’t say about them. i don’t love the one size policy but because i live in ni delivery takes longer so when it came really fast i was delighted

For me personally the clothes always fit i think they could expand the sizes ( which they had to now a M) to a large medium and some others. But other than that when I have had trouble with an order and emailed them nobody has ever been rude and they are always helpful and kind! The clothes are always great quality aswell , keep it up!

I payed for 3 day shipping and when the clothes did not come within the 3 days, I emailed the customer service. Apparently, in their guidelines 3 day shipping is a 4-5 day shipping because it takes 1-2 days for the order to process. What a scam.
