We were treated with a warm welcome every time we visited the showroom in Bushey. Paul Eyres our rep/ salesman was very very helpful. Explained everything and didn't pressure me. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable from beginning to end and I heartily recommend him. He is extremely personable too. The other reps were also very helpful if Paul wasnt available

The tyre pressure gage was appearing rather a lot on my Jazz. I was kindly assured that it was nothing to worry about if the tyres are o.k. They got rid of the gage showing. There was no charge. Wonderful. Thank you.

I had a recall on my Honda so booked it in and I needed a hire car to get to and from work which was more convenient than an uber. Everyone was really helpful , polite and professional and everything was done very swiftly. I didn't have to wait around for either the hire car or mine when I collected it. Well done a 5*+ experience.

When we arrived Lee on one of the front desks helped withe booking in with the car ,the fault was in doubt so we were asked to return the following day to advise further, is when the tech-Chris took us out and we discussed the works to be done ,which was carried out and Lee advised on pickup ,cost and details of works done ,we are to return next month for another job to be done as cost is a factor ,but the whole siuation was dealt with regarding the staff and repairs

Service and MOT carried out. Easy to book and Paul kindly collected and returned my car as it’s on his way to the dealership. Car is now 3 years old and no issues, still love it and it looks great. Service plan (5 years) is fantastic and gives peace of mind. Good dealership all round.

Service Advisor, Michael Pearson, was extremely helpful - would give him ten stars if I could! He gave us time and very useful advice. Also, succeeded in our request to have the car MOT'd and serviced in time for us to leave by 1.00 pm, which we appreciated enormously.
