The service l received was straightforward with no problems, staff were very helpful with any questions l asked .

I've been a Honda car customer for over 20 years, but the customer service I received September 2025 at Brayley Bushey when my car underwent its service, MoT and recall part replacement was bad. Very bad.

The person dealing with me was offhand, dismissive and impolite - common courtesy has left the building, replaced by a grumpy attitude. The one thing I asked to be looked at (the home address on the satnav is set to the previous owner, which also breaks data protection laws) was overlooked until I came to collect my car, and then nobody knew how to correct this. On two occasions, either old rags have been left in my car, or bits/fittings have been left unattached. My loyalty to Honda has been severely tested and I have gone from strong advocate of Brayley to a current detractor.

What an outstanding experience at Honda Hendon. I cannot praise Jason Baum more highly for incredible customer care and attention. Jason went above and beyond to find a very specific Honda model that I had been wanting. Highly recommend Jason and Honda Hendon.

The all-round customer service provided by Catarina Soares, the sales rep, was exceptional in every respect and was a major factor in my decision to buy a Honda.
The sales staff were well informed, helpful and always reliable calling back and keeping in touch. Catarina particularly made the whole process simple. I would not hesitate to recommend Brayley Honda.

From the very beginning, Catarina Soares from the sales team was absolutely wonderful. While I was still deciding whether a Honda Jazz was right for me, Catarina kept in touch in such a thoughtful and understanding way. She invited me to the showroom and patiently guided me through the different options.

The very first car I saw caught my eye, but then I spotted a stunning pearly white Jazz—and that was love at first sight! Catarina, with her calm, professional, and genuinely caring approach, took the time to explain every feature on the dashboard, knowing it was my first time driving an automatic. To help me feel completely comfortable, she even drove her own Jazz to a quiet location nearby so I could test drive it. That experience sealed the deal—I knew I had found my car.

What impressed me most was Catarina’s patience and professionalism. At no point did I feel pressured—only supported. She gave me the confidence to make the decision in my own time, and I will always be grateful for that.

I also want to mention David Carter, the Manager at the time, who came out personally to greet me. He listened to some concerns I had and reassured me with kindness and understanding, which really put me at ease.

I’ve purchased cars in the past, but this experience stands out above all others. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine care throughout the whole process. Because of Catarina and the fantastic team at Brayley Honda Bushey Heath, I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Initial contact and test drive excellent. Gonçalo was courteous, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which we appreciated.
We were transferred to a different colleague once we had chosen a car to purchase. On the whole this went well, but there were a few issues with the preparedness of the car and with the information we should have been given when we collected it. Everything was sorted out promptly but we felt this part of the purchase should have been done more thoroughly, hence the dropping of one star.

Service to the car and communication about servicing was good, however the staff in the showroom are most unwelcoming, A smile would not go
amiss.
