Buying a new car is a huge undertaking financially and in the current climate timescales can be significant.
The interactions I’ve had with Aaron and Domonic have endured my transaction has been seamless. No pressure sales from the onset. I had the joy of test driving twice to be sure on the model I’d selected.
I was kept informed and up to date throughout with my car arriving much sooner than anticipated. Domonic provided a wonderful handover again very relaxed, warm and friendly explaining control functions and setting up radio stations. I would have no hesitation returning based upon my experience. Very good experience from start to finish

I have never come across such wonderful sales people. Never did I feel pushed into a sale, Aamar was very polite and super helpful taking me on a test drive. Dominic collected me from the train station as I had quite a distance to collect the car, he was also super helpful showing me around the car too. I feel that I am most fortunate to have found Brayleys Honda, Hemel Hempstead. The Sales Executive, Aaron Davies, was incredibly helpful and very swiftly found the exact Honda Jazz that I was hoping to look at. I have to say that the whole experience was excellent, despite the heavy rain, and when we went for a test drive Aaron was very knowledgeable and courteous. When it was time for me to collect the car, the final exchange of paper work was dealt with by Domonic Andrews, the Sales Manager, who was very professional and I am thrilled with my Honda Jazz!
