Called into Brayley Honda, Hemel Hempstead on Monday afternoon and had a car sorted out within a couple of hours.
The site is crammed so we had to park in B&Q.

Speedy and friendly service. A little pricey compared to other garages/halfords… I paid almost £40 for a rear wiper blade!

Efficient and informative

Very helpful, took time to explain everything both during the test drive and when we collected the car. I didn’t feel there was any pressure selling, just explained the options and left us to decide.

All my dealings with Brayleys Cars in Hemel Hempstead were excellent. From the first phone call to collection of my vehicle after its service and MOT.

The service desk receptionist gave a good front line service and the mechanical service on the car was great and timely.

I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Brayleys Honda, Hemel Hempstead, my son’s 7 year old Honda Civic needed some serious attention and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Jason Green the Aftersales Manager was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, he took time to explain what needed to be done, provided estimates, updated me regularly and helped navigate the warranty process. It’s rare these days to find a service department that genuinely gives a first class experience from start to finish but that’s exactly what I experienced. Thank you Jason and all at Brayleys. I think this is the first time I have ever left a glowing review for a garage, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The first time we have used this garage to have our car serviced. It won’t be the last! Great communication both leading up to the day and whilst our car was in the garage. The Service Manager took the time to explain about various functions on our car, which the Honda dealership where we bought the car from didn’t. The car had been cleaned thoroughly too. In all a great experience. My only criticism is the lack of customer parking space.
