Very friendly service and very helpful

Found this great car sale while i am trying to buy a new car. I found a great manager's deal. George was helped me to get the best car( crv) according to my usage. Highly reccomend this car dealer.Staff are soo freindly and always there to help. Branch manager was helping me and he was kind and help me to find a great deal.

Clive and Aamar were very helpful, kept in regular contact with me and ensure I had my new car handed over prior to me going away on holiday, they were knowledgeable and cannot fault Brayleys service at all.

Bradley's Hemel Hempstead were so efficient and the mechanic who was working on my car went above and beyond to explain everything and was so friendly and polite.

They paid attention to my issue on battery failing to charge and responded with full test, evaluation and replacement. I could pick a day for service which suited me and Hemel Hempstead provide me with an excellent complementary pick up, which was on time. Courteous and helpful at all times.

I cannot praise Hemel branch of Brayleys highly enough.
From initial contact to purchase they were professional and courteous.
On collection of the car, Rikesh went through all the accessories, entering my phone, radio stations and home settings on sat nav. Thank you to the team who made sure the car looked so spotless.
Such a difference from another branch, that recently left me 3 weeks without a car, after the one they sold me had a fault three days after buying it. Lesson's could be learned from Hemel in how to treat customers with respect.

I had two vehicles booked in for service on the same day, to which Russell Barnes on the service deck dealt with seamlessly. Both cars were cleaned inside and out after servicing and I was kept well informed with all relavent information. All other back room staff freindly and very helpful.

Salesman, Aamar, very pleasant and helpful. Was not at all pushy and answered questions knowledgeably.

Too much went wrong from beginning to end. Not sure I would buy another Honda.

The attitude of the staff was not good. This the second time i have used Bushey and thought that the attitude of the staff might have changed since Brayleys took over, but sadly not.

Where to take my car for its service, definitely not Bushey - most unwelcoming.

Brilliant Brilliant place been coming here for a number of years and the whole staff from the sales consultants to the service guys are amazing. Always always feel very welcome and they always help me no matter the question or if I have a problem about the car. Love them all.
