Brayley Honda Leatherhead are too tight to purchase or rent an area to park their Honda demonstrators and courtesy cars so they park them all in a residential road around the corner causing no end of issues for the residents.
The arrogance of this company’s management beggars belief.

Efficient booking in system, all done in advance online. Very useful video provided of vehicle check, plus itemised list of additional recommended work, including costs, which gave ample time to review and consider what work to commission. This made things much more transparent. Service staff were also very helpful.

As usual, absolutely brilliant service from the Leatherhead team. I always forget about my MOT and they always remind me and get my booking for it and my service in. Always a friendly word and helpful advice and my monthly service plan is a godsend!

Customer service was very good, it made buying a car a stress free experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I booked an appointment for my 18month old honda hrv hybrid with 8,000miles only to have the air con checked as it was blowing too warm ,after a very short time I recieved an email with a video saying that they had done a health check and everything brakes etc was ok but the condenser that I put it in for was damaged ,why they do a health check I don't know I didn't want one I just wanted the air con looked at under warranty, so they charge me £180 for something I didn't ask for,but also told me they could fix the so called damaged condensor for close to a one thousand pounds ,they did not elaborate any more other than to say it's damaged,obviously there are many things it could be or leak from and from my research honda have had many problems with other models so much so that they extended the warranty on some ,so im thinking is it damage or something that should be covered with my warranty like a leaky seal etc,so I insisted on discussing it with the mechanic, so we inspected it together, his words were it's always a stone chip, I asked him to show me as we were looking at it with a torch and I could not see any damage, but he could not point anything out ,so I asked him if he had done any other tests to determine for sure it was leaking ie uv test his words were they can't do one,I think if they expect me to pay that much I'm entitled to some proof,there impression to me was take it or leave it,so unfortunately I will have to leave it while I spend more money and time trying to find out exactly what the problem is for sure as I wasn't happy with there diagnosis, I have a service plan on the car and intended to use this dealer as its local to me,but definitely will not be using this one or any other Brayleys ,I still don't understand why they insist on doing a health check, I shall be discussing it with other dealers to get there opinion, I wish I could say something good but unfortunately not,

I have been getting my 2015 Honda Civic Tourer serviced by the Honda dealership in Leatherhead ( now Brayleys ) over the last 8 years. Paying £42.50 monthly over the preceding 12 months to cover the cost.
Brayleys have over the last 3 years offered to collect my Honda from home, returning it once completed, not this year, that privilege cost me an additional £41.
In previous years I had received a call following an initial check by an engineer advising additional work required, now you receive a text and a short video, in this the engineer indicates that the tyre inflation kit was out of date, apparently since 2019 ! I did ask why this had not been picked up on previous checks? I'm told 'They now have a new engineer'
On the sales invoice they include a full break down of the work carried out and list of parts used for the service, How can Brayleys or Honda UK justify charging £159.28 for 4 spark plugs? Their listed on the invoice as £39.82 each. The dearest I can find online was £18 with many as low as £7. I will be contacting Honda UK to ask that question.
Total cost of the service was £480.00,
£516 in payments to this date due to pay a further 8 installments of £41.50 towards the 2027 service. ..I don't think so

I would highly recommend Brayleys Cars Honda Leatherhead. I purchased a used car from Clarence and it was very good experience indeed. The Customer Service was exceptional and I am very happy with the car.

Always a pleasure to take my car to the Leatherhead branch the girls are always happy and polite and are there to help with anything with having great knowledge of the vehicles . My car went in for a service and was done with no fuss and I collected it later that day to happy staff again . Would highly recommend thebleatherhead branch as always happy to help at short notice well done u lot
