First rate service!
What went well:
1. Lisa - well organised as usual. Kept me informed, answers all questions clearly, good humour despite being under pressure!
2. Good service, trustworthy advice, no hard sell.
What didn't go so well:
1. Traffic chaos around Brayley's site - not their fault of course - blame Gallows Corner remodelling! Choose carefully time of visit.
2. Car delivered by 8.15am, as requested. Didn't enter workshop until 3pm. Couldn't collect until after 5pm. Hence, caught in awful traffic. Why the delay?
Nonetheless, I trust these guys with my vehicle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought a 2025 NT1100 DCTES from Brayleys Honda Romford with the Adventure pack etc. and exchanged my trusty 2023 NT1100DCT Adventure pack as part of the deal. I recieved a great price for my bike and the 2025 was competitively priced too and in absolutely mint condition. It was delivered to me in Leicestershire absolutely as described and I found Viktor and Helder to be highly professional and extremely helpful. A seamless transaction as you would expect from Honda.
