I was leaving my old car and took new one in Honda Brayley Romford. All process was very quick and comfortable. I was doing this for the first time so all questions was explained with details. My sales manager Shay was very helpfull and nice.
Would like to greet him. All documentation prepared fast and witout. This HB Romford is really amazing and I'm happy to be with them who are always happy to help!

I am familier with Brayleys because I bought my last car from them. I have regular services also carried out by them, and in eight years never had an issue. This time looking for a replacement car, guidance from Dimitri was good and found it a pleasurable experience. I have the replacement vehicle and so far pleased with my choice.

I had my car serviced at Bradley’s Honda in Romford. I have been going there for over 10 years. I have confidence in the team there. I trust them and they are always very professional and polite. They are very efficient. I would not go anywhere else.

We were impressed with the excellent level of customer service by all members of staff, in particular Shay Robinson, who dealt with our purchase of a new Honda Jazz Hybrid. He answered a myriad of questions that I had, as I have no experience of driving a hybrid. We never felt being pressured in the sale negotiation. We appreciated the p/x valuation on our car ( which we accepted). Overall very happy. Thank you Brayley Honda.

Staff are very helpful and great service!

My 21 reg jazz received its second recall this time re brake sensors. When I got there just after 10 am , the staff seemed very weary of dealing with recalls. I was advised they would ring me or I should turn by at 5.30 at the latest . I then got a call at 11am from someone else chasing me thinking I hadn’t turned up. Received an apology when I pointed out that I had already left my car with them. I rang at 3.45 stressing I needed my car as I’m a blue badge holder. I was told it was still in progress and to turn up at 5. I got there at 5.15 and the chap finally clocked I was on my walker and brought the car round.I felt Honda staff were very unprofessional dealing with me , especially as it took me over 90 mins return journey twice in one day for a Honda recall!

The staff were all very helpful, the service lasted 2 hours which we opted for, but there was coffee available any time we wanted and there was a comfortable area in which to sit. John Morris spoke with us when the car was ready and suggested what we could do for the next service which could last as long as 4 hours - including MOT.

I have used Brayleys at Romford for the past 4 years. I bought a Honda CRv from them and took out a service plan that includes breakdown cover, MOT and an annual service. They have always been efficient, courteous and trustworthy.

Superb Service, Staff went out of their way to make sure all the work and repairs were completed.

The customer service is lacking in this dealership. It starts at the top so when the Customer Services Manager can’t even be bothered to respond to your email how can you expect those below him to uphold good values. A lot of aggravation to get a warranty job done and eventually it was done but without any humility, even wanted to charge for a loan vehicle. The goodwill is severely missing here.

This was down to the terrific service and help we received from salesman Demitrio who moved heaven and earth to help us complete the purchase in a very short time-frame.

Having viewed a used car on the previous Sunday, we collected it on Wednesday. We were treated with courtesy and the salesman, Dimitrious, was very efficient.
