Lovely dealership
Lovely dealership, friendly staff received warm welcome when I dropped my car off for its service and when I returned to pick it up. Service and MOT
I had my car serviced and MOT done and I can honestly say what a pleasure it was in the way the service department handled my car and absolutely exceptional customer service that was given especially by Dipak. Dipak was friendly, very efficient and updated me from start to finish - I’m very impressed with the whole experience. The service was done on time and very attentive by the mechanics where I valued and appreciated their transparency and professionalism. I had my CRV serviced at Brayleys Honda. From the moment my car was collected I was kept informed of the progress and any safety issues that may need attending to. My car was returned washed and all works carried out as expected. The staff are very polite and well informed. Thank you

The reason I’ve given 4 stars unfortunately getting through to the service department by phone isn’t easy was on hold for 20 mins then I left a message using 0 for ring back after two days no one contacted me finally got through. Collection and delivery very good.

Very friendly branch in South Ruislip
Very friendly branch in South Ruislip.
They greet by your name when you walk in and there is very little waiting time, if at all to be seen by someone.
Hot drinks machine with good coffee available for free and toilets.
I know of a number of people that have used this branch for many years.

Car collected on time as promised in prior phone call. After mechanic had seen car I was advised of work required. Car returned clean and as requested paperwork and keys were posted through letterbox as I was hospital visiting.
